For one not experienced in Sungazing, the best time to begin viewing the Sun is the 'crack of dawn' and 'as the Sun sinks' into the horizon (Horus Rising). Once experienced for several months of regularity at Sungazing, you may begin to increase your visual exposure, eventually up to the point of an hour at dawn and an hour before sunset. The very experienced may even Sungaze without harm or difficulty at Noonday, but this is the "Most High God,' as termed by the ancient Egyptians, and should not be done until the eyes are completely capable of that kind of exposure, and it may take a year or more of regular SunGazing to get to that point.

The eyes, the retinas, the Optic chiasm (behind the and just in front of the Pineal Gland) are just like any other tissues, or muscles in the body...the  strengthen to Light intensity through continual practice and care. Just as a new jogger would not begin his training by running a marathon, a new Sungazer does not start out by Sungazing too long each time. Start out easy, calmly, and carefully, but the Sun is your friend and one should not be afraid of exposure.

I found it is virtually impossible to get sunburned, once I was a conditioned and experienced Sungazer, even lying out in just my swim trunks. When you are taking in Sunlight regularly and consistently with your eyes, somehow the body adjusts to greater and greater amounts of intaken Light, and the body's skin  becomes somewhat immune to burning as it was before consistent SunGazing. The same is true with someone who regularly consumes ORMUS, it becomes difficult to become burned or tanned when consuming a lot of ORMUS.

ORMUS somehow magically tends to protect the body from Sunburn. It follows that if you Sunburn, then you have not taken-in enough Sunlight optically to  provide the necessary protection, and therefore you need more consistent practice before longer time skin exposure; or you need to increase the amount of  ingested ORMUS, or both.  SunLight and ORMUS are natural companions and each increases the effects of the other.  I'm not suggesting that one needs to get almost naked to SunGaze, but rather the opposite might be true.

The ancient Essenes (those in all history most knowledgeable in the Art) always dressed in 'white', a color of purity, and reverence; they would do nothing untoward in the Presence of the Sun. I mostly wearwhite (I still have my Middle Eastern thobes) which I wear when I greet the Sun at dawn or bid the Sun farewell at dusk. Wearing white helps me remember and be focused on what I am doing, maintain reverence, and remain meditative and prayerful. Remember in the presence of the Sun, this is the place where we 'Ask,' 'Knock,'and 'Seek.'

There is another very important point to be understood: and that is: with ORMUS or SunLight, state of Mind, attitude, sincerity of purpose and 'real intent' all play an important role, so meditation prior to and during ORMUS use or Sungazing either assists or (in the negative) detracts from the effects
    of both.

During SunGazing...one 'should raise' the palms of the hands to the Sun exposing the palms to the SunLight. The hands contain vast sensors connected to all parts of the body, and are the most sensitive of our organs of touch. The palms are also an assist to the heart (as are the soles of the feet), being at the farthest point of the extremities.  When we 'make a fist' we are assisting the heart by pumping blood back towards the heart, and the same is true about the feet when we walk. [It was no happenstance that when people were crucified by the Romans (and others), that a spike was always driven through the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet.]

When SunGazing properly, one should, therefore, expose the palms of the hands to the SunLight some of the time, and one should SunGaze standing on Earth barefooted (not cement, up on a chair, etc.). Beaches are excellent places. This way one makes a complete connection with the Sun and the Earth and the energy flows through the body and up from the body. Flex the hands and the feet occasionally for maximum effect. One should find a favorable place to SunGaze, and make of it a regular place, a sacred place, a place of purpose. Also remember that one of your eyes is a 'receiver,' and the other one is a 'transmitter'(your stronger eye).

And yes, when done properly, in the correct 'spirit,' you will experience exponential effects of SunGazing. SunGazing is not to be done 'on a lark,' or without  purpose. It should be done with some planning, as a spiritual ritual, like one was entering a sacred temple....for as I see it...when we go out to Sungaze we are presenting our self, humbly and as we are (just as I am) to the face of the Creator. And it is no happenstance that the ORMUS used in the Temples was called 'Shewbread' or 'Bread of the Presence.'

When SunGazing, 'visualize' that the Sun is a Creator-Mediator, lying between you and the Great Central Sun (as called by the Essenes, and Egyptians) which funnels life-giving Light, information (messages), and energy directly to you from the center of the Galaxy, as it pulsates. And this is the place where you bring your concerns, thankfulness, and aspirations to the Source, who can give you answers, spark your mind, invigorate your creativity, solve your problems, and cure your ills. So it's OK to lay it out as it is, you can't hide anything when in the Presence of the Source of All.

In your planning for your SunGazing, always reserve a little time for a short 'dark retreat,' after you leave the Presence(of the Sun). Go somewhere alone, somewhere completely dark, completely silent (maybe your closet). The Essenes used desert caves. The Egyptians went into rooms of the pyramids or temples (dark rooms) built for that purpose. The ancient Druids always had a cave-'barrow' dug next to the stone circles or man-made hills (like Silbury), or a stone cairn (Ireland) with a dark room. Sit there quietly in the silent darkness, and meditate upon your SunGaze. It is here (alone, in the dark) that you will get your answers, your direction, and your resolve. Go into your Mind and read the answers written there. See the Light embedded there. It is here (alone, in the dark) that you will connect to the Mind of God, and that Source will show you the way forward.

Hey, dig that the wings of the sundisc are the rainbow winglike structures that emerge from the sun's rays through half-shut eyes while sun-gazing at the face of Ra! take a bow

“Being able to interpret events to our advantage puts us in control; we realize it is unnecessary to accept defeat, feel victimized, or feel we are at the mercy of unfavorable circumstances. By taking advantage of the positive aspects of a situation, we take control and make it work to our benefit. Regardless of what goes on around us externally, even if we are enslaved or imprisoned, having absolute control over our thoughts can make our inner world a place of freedom.” 203, Maximum Self-Esteem, Jerry Minchinton

But, true integration requires the liberation from the need to belong, of group mind, of needing to be liked or understood. It requires transcendence of the culture to the point of "success" within the culture, without being undone by it. Then, as each individual discovers their pure Being, an autopoeitic spiritual culture can form, that is more than mere fixation on the external symbols and myths of religion.

"Inclusion in the hierarchy is all! Exclusion, the paramount fear. Would you agree gentlemen that these youths, tyrannized by the good opinion of their peers do not possess freedom? They are slaves are they not? They act not by the dictates of their own hearts, but to please others. There are two words for this...demogogary and fashion!" Tides of War, Steven Pressfield

The Spiritual Racket
Why are westerns so gullible to Eastern trickery. I met a young man yesterday who was all inflated over Zhi Gang Sha and how he had cleansed the karma from thousands of his past lives. I tried to tell him that this kind of thing is the hypnotic, soporific snake oil that Eastern teachers propagate in order to addict, the lower, ignorant classes into their hierarchal business organization…and subdue the slaves.

Rather than facing the enlightened reality that “I feel so bad” because the civilization is running off the rails, my parents were bad children, that humans are homicidal-suicidal apes that have been horrid to each other and all life for millions of years. Instead of looking at that and doing something about it for some reason we prefer the analgesic suppository of absolution for fictional past lives.

I will try to describe why reincarnation and past lives are a myth.  The One Spirit incarnates to infinity given the conditions of life, but it does not “reincarnate.” Take the analogy of a snow drop…every snow drop that ever formed or will ever form is a unique individual generated by the cosmic, environmental and earth-vibrational frequencies at the time it was created…since these conditions of formation are always different thru time it is impossible for two snow flakes to be identical. Same for the formation of human bodies, minds and souls. Each body carries a unique soul print generated “not from past lives which is impossible” but from the parental genes-nutritional and energy environment, and by the cosmic, environmental, noospheric and earth-vibrational frequencies at the time it was created.

Just as we need to get over our medieval thought processes, we need to stop being attracted to even “more primitive” thought systems from the East which distract us from addressing the reality of who we are and the formative forces that made us who we are…in order to transcend our present condition. Eastern snake oil is a drug we are presently taking in order to avoid waking up to our own unique enlightened condition through the forgiveness and release of the (karmic) structural-energetic-thought stuff of the past.

I see the racket of the spiritual industry, and have lost interest in the contemporary preoccupation with spirituality, I think our growth edge is "rationality" and "morality"...these are what we should be working on. Unfortunately we are being distracted by the tribal religions of Buddhism/Hinduism/Paganism/Islam/Shamanism...all these are ism's they are not the living spirit... I try to live with/for the living spirit, but sometimes it seems like I am living in the 16th Century in the middle of a supersticious witchhunt.... We have so far to go just to BE our Self...first tho, we have to lose desire for our unconscious method of monkey-see, monkey-do.

the word spiritual has to be redefined again. like all words and concepts the meaning changes thru the ages. all religions, ism's, ology's are just codified ego-osity. we have to get past thinking, rationality and morality, they all stem from the ego. lao-tzu spoke of that thousands of years ago and it still holds true today. it's not so much what we do but how we do it..  with the clarity of being awake..  being...

i've seen the 2012 enigma vid, it may be partially true, as opposed to true but partial  blush...  the fact that wilcox has claimed to be the re-incarnation of cayce is enough to discount him.

I did read one scientist say there was an increased chance of getting hit by some asteroid material...so, we will basically be having oil, food, water shortages, solar max in 2010 and 2012...possible extermination of all like by mega space junk, stages UFO attack by the Round Table of world criminals.
I'm heading for the hills without my radio.

Just had one young man tell me I didn't have enough heart...geeze, not a fan of the English language is he...I thought my Spiritual Racket piece was brilliant! Shocked

Have you noticed in yourself or others the tendency to approach ORMUS with the hunger and power drive of the ego...I don't sense much of that here, but I read the Red Lion by Maria Szepes in which she exquisitely portrays this lust for immortality and all-knowing. Do you think that it might be a stage in the beginning rungs of the alchemical ladder that we all must go through? Perhaps it balls down to our capacity to understand and realize why we are living in the first place...once we get a true gnostic thread as to who we are and what we are to do in life, our purpose in the larger scheme of things, I think that this radical hunger for power, eternal life and importance probably drops off as we skillfully exercise our true calling. I sketched out some possible signs as to what to look for in someone who has slipped into personal greed with regards to alchemy and spirituality...what do you all think? I would love to hear your additions to the following list, (and if I may add them and use them on my site)

Psychotic Imbalance: involves delusions of grandeur, inability to speak in plain language, obsession with religious and occult symbology and iconography, tendency to adopt third person language, insists that one is channeling very special entities from the past or future or other planets, claim to be a reincarnated special person, fixation on conspiracies, fixation on having the "answer" or the "secret," fixation on the "power" aspect of alchemy or spirituality, dire need to be important and seen, invested in persuading others, possible messiah complex.

the illusions from and of the ego are what feeds the seeker of whatever (immortality, salvation, enlightenment, etc) in both the internal and external aspects of living.  where does this hunger come from?  the ego's illusion that something is lacking, that we're victims...  so to over compensate it goes to the other extreme of wanting to be special, better, more complete. the ego's realm is the world of thought, of doing instead of being what we already are. just as there are ego-centric seekers, there are egotistical hucksters more than willing to provide what ever the seeker feels is needed. this lust is as ancient as the the first self-aware being who's next thought was that there has to be something more.

Thomas says "I am no longer selling water on my website; my neighbor who owns
the spring property has objected and I do not wish to feed his fire
with opposition at this time. Traps are still available, but I am a bit
behind on orders because of parts supply difficulties (and my 50 hr a
week job). Sorry.

For ORMUS info...Check out Barry Carter and Laurence Gardner videos on youtube...go join up a yahoo group ORMUS forum (I am on the science one), and check out most of David Wolfes new videos on youtube...he is starting to look that the fair dingkim Christ. Wolfe, combined with Brian Clement and Gabriel Cousens basically have the health thing covered.

This morning I was weapy with gratitude having been told yesterday that Michael Brown is not going to do speaking tours anymore. I realized that the talk I saw may have been the peak performance of his life...being in that church like that, and him drawing on the symbols...giving every last drop of himself in uncanny perfection. Perhaps I will never see anything like that again in my life. I remember lying in bed after the "show" blown away in awe.

Back to psychosis: (Psychosis is often described as involving a "loss of contact with reality.")
By fixation on conspiracies and knowing answers, I was really talking about that which is unintegrated, unbalanced and cannot be rationally validated. For example saying that extraterrestrials are working with the power elite to devitalize the populations into a slave class is "unbalanced." While saying that the dark forces of exploitive capitalism naturally work to destroy the populations they exploit is perhaps a more rational approach.
We live in a systemically psychotic world and so figuring out a sane approach to dealing with our current collective insanity is the greatest challenge I think humans have ever faced.

For example contemplate the following question:
Is the Pasteurization of California Almonds a preliminary step to Codex Alimentarius.
Because of a few cases of salmonella reportedly connected with almonds, California has opted to destroy the nutritional value in their entire almond crop. What is the point in growing and selling almonds then I ask? Since the rawfood community is the fastest growing food-group, and almonds are one of a rawfoodists staple foods. California has just lost a huge growing portion of their market by killing their almonds prior to sale.

What we call the negative ego is the "spirit" repressing conditioning. That which contorts Eros and encourages the perversions of Thanatos. Thus the psychosis of the age is the enculturation of Death (or the culture of death as Gabriel Cousen likes to say).

That which perverts and stems the "flow" of spirit is the reactive conditioning that developed in response to a zillion factors we encountered while living in the culture of death...such that like me, we loose touch with the thread of living-truth that shows us a path of nurturing and fulfillment in life.

To encounter a flow of experience that really does feed us, we have to clean out this shell of former reactivity (negative ego) through the fires of transformation. Thereby we can set up a sympathetic resonance with the Unified Field...otherwise known as Nonduality...or Divine balance and union. The Star of David is composed of an upward triangle (fire or spirit) and a downward triangle (water or matter)...the interlocking of these represents union.

The people at Hexahedron 999 found that biophotons in water exhibit a star of David shape. It is perfect poetry that the spirit which animates matter could be described as a balanced tension of opposites that promotes "flow" of energy and stimulates change or evolution.
http://www.biophotonpipe.hexahedron999. ... otons.html

"Resistance to change is difficult to overcome, even when the rewards are the fruits of the tree of life. Only intense heat can move human nature from its inborn inertia and love of the status quo. You may have to turn up the heat (rubedo) to prevent cooling and separation the body from soul. The Phoenix however, is rejuvenated by immersion in fire. The alchemists may have to invite new passions and aggressions, forcing confrontations on vital questions that the white lady (anima) might prefer to cool. Therapeutic support means feeding the fire." The Modern Alchemist, Richard Allen Miller.

I find a lot of my transtemporal precognitive incidents can really only be explained by Me tuning into my future conscious perception of the event. Thus time is transparent to consciousness...but I am convinced that alien consciousnesses do not suddenly translocate into "empty" host bodies. It makes no sense at all that a bodymind that is exquisitely crafted from sperm and egg in the womb into the most complex creature in the universe...(or level of life for that matter) should then at some point be open to invasion of a totally different spirit form than the morphogenic field in which it is created.

I personally (like Gel Mann) tend to see the soul as the highest or Total construct of the EMF, Morphogenic, Biophoton, Energetic fields of the individual...it is Divine only in that all life is Sacred. Soul to me, as part of the organism total, cannot be separated expect in abstraction, from body-atoms and mind-stuff. For sure when we vitalize and perfect the atomic structure of the body...we have far greater access to the qualities, skills and depths of "soul."

One wonders, with our use of radiation on the surface of the earth, whether humans will continue to have any degree of DNA-spiritual integrity and coherence if our atomic form becomes distorted with generations of radiation exposure.

People who appear to have details of past lives could be precogs who are tapping into the information of a future event of the cognition of the information. Rather than even tapping into Akashic records.

For example: I dreamed of a neice of mine had constipation, so I write a letter to her in NZ saying she needed to drink more water. She wrote back and said that 'yep she had been to the doctor and he said she needed to drink more water, so her mum was getting her special water to drink.'

Because of the "narrow band of information and detail" I am convinced that this type of psychic event is not tuning into cognitive processes and events on the other side of the globe, but is simply me tuning into my OWN TIME LINE. I have had so many instances when a small packet of information seems to come to me of a future event...that I realize I am seeing my own consciousness of the future, not the infinite vast spread of the collective consciousness and total happenstance.

Note that in this instance I had primed my own future experience of the reception of the constipation dream by writing the letter...if I didn't write the letter I would not have received the information that provoked the dream...and if I didn't dream the dream I would not have written the letter by which the information in the dream was effected.

Thus we see that both TIME and HAPPENSTANCE are maluable.
I see ALL psychic evidence as the penetration of the TIME domain, and do not see any evidence for tapping into AKASHIC FIELDS or for tapping into the minds of others...I see all evidence pointing to the conscious penetration of time and the reception of a limited amount of information...information/experience that we are "exposed" to and have pass through our mind in the future.

I continue to have many precognitive instances related to the people around me, but of a low order of interest and significance due to not being in a Jana-condusive community.
