I just put a notice up on my board the other day.
"Remember the satanists!"
As whenever I go into editing mode it seems like everyone and his dog is out to undermine my crystal castles and interfere with my work and want a piece of me.
Why is that? Creators guilt I suppose.
So my formula is during editing to REMEMBER THE SATANISTS...they are everywhere! Evil

I used to call them Mara, but the word is not strong enough.

Yea I got the Spontaneous Evolution cds
soso, I wish he had gone a little further with it
The work that gets out to the public domain is so elementary these days
Much of what you hear on the cds is already up on youtube.

Quote
The cleverest trick of the Devil is to convince us that he does not exist ~ Baudelaire

Quote
God occasionally comes down to Earth to start a new religion, and the Devil follows right behind to organize it.

The Devil shows the shadow side of God, the world-creating spirit concealed and imprisoned in matter. As long as God was ambivalently seen as the kind heavenly father and as the vengeful, punishing chthonian God, there was no need for the Devil. He is hardly mentioned in the Old Testament and when he is, then only as a fallen angel but never as the true adversary of God. It is only when the image of God is one-sidedly equated exclusively with good that the Devil crystallizes as the sum of everything evil. When we try to concentrate what is good into our consciousness, we accidently relegate all that is bad to the unconscious and it festers there and stalks us from the shadows.

The Devil expresses himself in the shadow of the light and we find everything there that the world does not like to see in itself. Thus the Devil is symbolized by the scapegoat; on who is projected the evils of the group and who is later shunned. He may appear as a tyrant of the mind or a tyrant of the feelings, but always a tyrant that hordes the richness of the whole for himself and lives at the expense of another. He thereby suppresses the diversity, which we miss for our wholeness and this becomes our failing. He can express our fear of the evil out there without understanding that we are only looking into a mirror of our own soul. These are the experiences where we are made aware of our unfreedom and dependency. However we may relate to these images, no point of view should delude us into thinking that there is no evil. We should not only learn see the Devil in others, but comprehend that he has his basis in ourselves.

Sometimes possession and demonism are addressed, which appear fascinating in their crystalline blackness, but more typically it is the shabby things of everyday life; secret vices, petty intrigues, irritating weaknesses like laziness, cravings, the drive for personal prestige, jealousy and aggression. Their only power over us arises because they are coming from our blind spot and not being faced directly. Fear is the chief force that encourages this avoidance, otherwise the power of the Devil over us would be minimized, like the Hydra in the sun.

The Devil is also The Dweller on the Threshold and he has some powerful tools to discourage those who wish to enter into the mysteries. Revulsion, depression and fear are chief among them.

from the perspective of alchemy:

"Nigredo, or blackness, in the alchemical sense, means putrefaction, decomposition. By the penetration of the external fire, the inner fire is activated and the matter starts to putrefy. The body is reduced to its primal matter from which it originally arose. This process is also called ‘cooking’. The black earth is closed up in a vessel or flask, and heated.     "Putrefaction is so effective that it destroys the old nature and form of the rotting bodies; it transmutes them into a new state of being to give them a totally new fruit. Everything that has live, dies; everything that is dead putrefies and finds a new life." (Pernety, 1758)
On the mythological level, nigredo signifies the difficulties man has to overcome on his journey through the underworld. Nigredo is sometimes called ‘blacker than the blackest black’. Hercules had to accomplish twelve, almost impossible, tasks. The pilgrim traditionally encounters shadows, monsters, demons. In the ancient mysteries the candidates had to undergo difficult, sometimes painful and even dangerous initiation tests.
In alchemy, one of the symbols of nigredo is the ‘decapitation’, and also the ‘raven’s head’ (caput corvi). Those symbols refer to the dying of the common man, the dying of his inner chaos and doubt because he is unable to find the truth in himself. In one of his works, Hercules cleanses the Augias stables. It is the cleansing of all the impurities in oneself.
Psychologically, nigredo is a process of directing oneself to find self-knowledge. A problem is given full attention and reduced to its core. This is not done so much in an intellectual way, but especially by feeling the emotions. By really going into to it, one causes putrefaction, the decomposition of that in which one had been stuck. The confrontation with the inner reality is often painful, and can lead to depression. But once in the depth of the darkness, with the discovery of the seed of the problem, the seed in the ‘prima materia’, the white light is born (=albedo, whiteness, the next phase). A state of rest arises. Insight into the problem has been gained, it has been worked out emotionally, and knowledge arises on how to handle it in a more positive way and to build a more pure attitude.

Alchemists talked about unraveling ‘the mixture’(=man with all his complexities) in order to return to the germ. "That from which a thing has been made in a natural way, by that same thing it must return to a dissolved state into its own nature. Everything has to be dissolved and reduced into that form from which is arose." (Anton Joseph Kirchweger, 1728)
‘Matter’ has to be stripped of its superfluities in order to arrive at the center, which contains all the power of ‘the mixture’. The seed is the essence and contains all the essential powers of the body. One has to go to the center of his problems, to the center of his emotions, to the center of himself. There is the power of transformation.
Saturn is the planet that rules nigredo. Saturn as an alchemical symbol is used, like Mercurius, as a symbol of chaos, the prima materia as rough stone, and as the philosopher’s stone. These are all symbols for man at the beginning of the alchemical process. Saturn, with his traditional scythe and hourglass, is the god of death and putrefaction, from which new life will arise. The scythe is another tool for penetration, as is the lance and the sword. Saturn is the philosopher’s lead. He is the god that can cause melancholy and devilish visions. ‘Melancholia’ is another term for nigredo. As melancholy can arise when alchemically working on oneself, the alchemists advised the use of music to lift the soul.
Saturn is also a god of fertility. Therefore "our black earth is fertile earth", an alchemical expression to express the transformation of death into new life, which is also clearly depicted in the thirteenth tarot card. The putrefaction is a necessary phase to start a new beginning. Life itself is a cycle of death and birth, ever creating new life, giving man the opportunity to work on himself and strife to improve his condition.
The alchemists say that nigredo lasts forty days. Forty days has a symbolic value. Jesus fasted for forty days in the desert. There are forty days of fasting between Easter and Ascension Day. The Israelites wandered for forty days in the desert. Saint Antonius spent forty years in the Sahara desert, being plagued by visions of extreme erotic scenes and devils." ~ http://www.soul-guidance.com/houseofthesun/alchemy%202.htm

"Nigredo or Blackening
At the beginning is the so-called 'dragon', the chthonic spirit, the 'devil' or 'blackness'. The nigredo, as the initial stage, is either present as a quality of the prima materia (or original substance), or else produced by the separation (solutio, separatio, putrefactio) of the elements. Either way, the encounter with 'blackness' destroys the original form to produce chaos, suffering or pain.
The elements are often represented anthropomorphically by male and female, but also in terms of planets and their corresponding metal. That is, the planets in heaven correspond to the metals in the earth:
•   Sun = gold
•   Moon = silver
•   Mercury = quicksilver
•   Venus = copper
•   Mars = iron
•   Jupiter = tin
•   Saturn = lead
It was thought that as the planets revolve around the Earth, they gradually spin their corresponding metals into the earth, which can be extracted by chemical operations.
These elements are then grouped into opposites (eg, King-Queen, Sun-Moon, Mars-Venus, etc, which are brought together in a union (coniunctio, coitus); the product of this union then dies (mortificatio, putrefactio, calcinatio) to produce the blackening of the nigredo.
Psychologically, the prima materia is identical with an undifferentiated, disintegrated, chaotic, unconscious mind, containing all the potential, all the dynamic oppositions, necessary to achieve the goal of the opus. The separatio and divisio, like the division and multiplication of cells in the developing embryo, are needed to get the process of synthesis started. In Jungian terms, the separatio is necessary to help differentiate the ego from the shadow, from the anima or animus, and from the Self.
The blackening is about depression, the melancholia, that is often the initial stage causing one to slow down and examine life, that brings one into therapy, and that deepens when one encounters the shadow side of personality. The shadow is the inferior part of the personality; sum of all personal and collective psychic elements which, because of their incompatibility with the chosen conscious attitude, are denied expression in life and therefore coalesce into a relatively autonomous 'splinter personality' with contrary tendencies in the unconscious. The shadow behaves compensatorily to consciousness; hence its effects can be positive as well as negative. The encounter with the shadow is invariably experienced as a mortificatio: dark shadow aspects of the Self have to be confronted and assimilated into consciousness; the feelings of guilt, worthlessness and powerlessness have to be suffered, taken on and worked through. As a prelude to resolving conflicts and warring elements in the psyche, a cleansing process was required involving an examination and withdrawal of projections. The nigredo stage was known by the alchemists to be dangerous: poisonous vapours of lead and quick silver (mercury) were generated or the vessel itself might explode due to over-heating. Safety apart - the alchemist, paradoxically, had to observe the value of patience in order to move the work on.

I think the traditional preparation for the initiation of Priests into the Followers of Horus sect was a 40 day fast....which amounts to a 40 day nigredo or catabolic breakdown and detoxification of the former self-condition. Then 30 days of taking the White Powder of Gold, " The Golden Tear from the Eye of Horus," “Bread of the presence of God,” mfkzt or Shewbread.

This is probably the remnants of memory surviving from the prehistory practice of The Osiron Ritual of the Dead or Ressurrection by which the giants (priest and nobles) renewed themselves periodically throughout their lives in order to live for hundreds of years. The symbols of this resurrection ritual are hinted at throughout the world’s religions and in Freemasonry.

QUINOA KEFIR
I grew quinoa sprouts for about 3 days in the refrigerator, and then I ground them up in a blender with water for 5 minutes. Then I put a large piece of silk over a colander and squeezed out all the liquid from the solids. I then put the quinoa milk in a glass jar and added 2 capsules of Probiotics (Jarrow Formulas Bifidus Balance). I covered the jar with a cloth and left on the countertop for 24 hrs (12 hrs in summer perhaps). After which I put the liquid in the fridge. It separates out to clear liquid on top, with thick creamy liquid down the bottom. So if you wanted a richer mix you could siphon off the top liquid and use it for smoothies or on the garden. You can also add ground chia seeds to the mix if you want a thicker consistency. You can use this Quinoa Kefir as a dairy replacement or in addition to yogurt as a rich source of probiotics. It would be great in raw deserts, salads, with raw-sprouted cereals, superfood smoothies, and in raw sauces and soups etc...

Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa)
The ancient Incas called quinoa the "mother grain" and revered it as sacred. Quinoa is a complete protein source containing a balanced set of essential amino acids; it has almost the same protein content as almonds quinoa (12%–18%). It is exceptionally high in lysine, cystine and methionine-amino acids typically low in other grains. The 6-7% fat of quinoa is relatively high when compared to other grains, but it is low in sodium. It is a good source of dietary fiber and phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron; a relatively good source of vitamin E and several of the B vitamins. Quinoa is gluten-free and considered easy to digest. It makes the perfect creamy, mild tasting superfood kefir.

Quinoa is an acidic food, isn't it? According to wiki, natural unprocessed quinoa contains saponins.

Yep cooked quinoa is acidic to my system...but then most cooked food is.

Perhaps it might be acidic when it’s cooked, but if raw and sprouted it forms a delicious creamy milk which when fermented makes the GI tract feel fantastic.
Of course you can use kefir grains, I just used probiotics cause I had some in the house.

KEFIR—microbes in the fermented milk – called kefir – enhance the immune system and improve digestive health, possess the enzyme that is necessary to digest lactose. Kefir also contains a wider array of microorganisms than yogurt does; these additional microorganisms may be able to colonize the intestines and benefit health further by protecting the intestine against disease-causing bacteria.

Pretty much everyone who is not an active creator of their own original thoughts, genius-vocation and life-adventure is a slave on some level. We are slave to the unconscious programs that run us. When we try and pull out of the old culture to be a spiritual prescienter of the new, we get to see level after level of this prior programming falling away, as we strive from within to gain authenticity. The disintegration of the Borg by the powers of authenticity generates unexpected results, and so we can expect a certain amount of chaos. As things seem to be going mad around us, we can welcome this shift in the knowledge of the hyperbolic growth dynamics of the species. We need a transcendent degree of understanding and a good deal of humor to navigate the next 20 years in style.

Breaking through the Borg and our symbolic mind (archetypal matrix) is often painful and usually only occurs through extreme conditions such as: kundalini awakenings, death or loss of a loved one, entheogens, vision quests, extreme sports, prolonged fasting, spiritual practices and crises. However I believe that we can enter this period of transformation more gently with greater awareness of the alchemical process of human metamorphosis than ever before. One of the most significant means of exiting the limitations of the past is by becoming symbol and cycle literate, and to clearly see the symbolic nature of our own minds within the matrix of our environment.

As I see it, the borg is merely addiction to bodily sensations. Bodily sensations include emotions and more subtle, subliminal feelings that we don’t normally associate with “emotions”

Tart talks about how his thoughts are difficult to detach from because he’s subliminally addicted to their ‘entertainment’ value. In other words, he get’s a certain pleasure from the mental habit of thinking and it’s become automatic for that reason. He has a subtle emotional attachment to thinking and the habit has become fully automated in the sense that the conscious awareness is not involved in initiating the thinking. Once initiated the conscious mind engages the thoughts in habitual ways that serve to either pacify or aggravate the brain. Like a kid with a sucker. This is like a lot of other addictions; it’s painful to change the pattern.

There are also habitual avoidances that arise because of uncomfortable bodily sensations associated with certain thoughts and other stimuli. As usual; bad trumps good. So these typically exert even more control over the actions of the borg. This also explains why the borg may engage in destructive habits despite obvious dangers to the body. The avoidance allows the dangers to be ignored.

"Intelligence Quotient and Intelligence
We define intelligence as an innate capacity of the mind to operate on the contents of the mental field. For these operations to occur, the elements of this mental field must be within the bounds of awareness, as the actions of intelligence are under voluntary control only to the degree they are within the awakened zone of consciousness. While mental activity takes place in unconscious zone of the mind, these are not effectively useable by the faculty of intelligence. As the mental seed atom is tuned up by Initiation, more of the mental field is opened to the awakened zone of consciousness.

So the goal is to expand the awakened zone of consciousness. I.e. To ‘wake up’ The brute force methods like kundalini awakenings, death or loss of a loved one, entheogens, vision quests, extreme sports, prolonged fasting, spiritual practices and crises, are just the beginning. They jolt the awareness to beyond the comfort zone and they offer the opportunity to put in some stops in the automation process.

The idea is this: first we break the pattern of automation, then we map each step that was occurring automatically and put in a ‘stop’ at each cue, like an alarm clock, so we don’t re-automate but instead stay on manual (i.e. conscious) control of the responses.

Breaking the habit of automation (automaton) is mindfulness...that is becoming a watcher of consciousness. The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer is perhaps the best book for achieving freedom from being embedded in thoughts, emotions, drama and ones story.

If cellular memory, the capacity for cosmic intelligence, is conveyed through the cells from generation to generation…this also means that we on some level carry forth the trauma and fear of death and the impact of various forms of cultural insanity. Enlightenment therefore must entail a form of removing stress, contraction, numbing and defense from the cells. As humanity becomes more proficient at this process we will overcome our inner violence to build the Utopia, the Mystic Civilization, the Nirvana that our cells long for with all their will. There can be no greater endeavor than this, for humane survival in all its aspects relies on releasing the damage we have inflicted on ourselves over the course of billions of years. Then we can live in peace and harmony and BE the benign God we have all wished for. Now that is response-ability!

The idea of biologically transferred ancestral memory (in epigenetics, the methylation of our DNA, RNA, in our body’s water) gives us a new spin on the idea of inheritance and nature vs. nurture. It also shows how the spark of the Muse or transmission of ones life work or sacred message may be developed in an ancestral line over many generations. This idea of a biological continuity of consciousness gives us a deeper understanding of our place in the continuum of evolving humanity. That we are not isolated individuals, but a carrier of a banner of consciousness emerging through time. There can be no greater consolation to the death fearing ego than contemplation of the lineage of the Muse over the course of millions of years. Concepts such as reincarnation, life after death, and the immortality of the soul…pale in comparison to the beauty of clearly grokking the unbroken stream of humanity emerging from the darkness of the subconscious to superconsciousness. We stand on a great river system comprising of vast aggregated streams of hominids, as nature sort to define what is human. Now on clearly understanding the great gift of self-reflexive awareness, we can choose to pull back from species suicide, to preserve the pristine quality of this stream. For once we get over our fear of death, we can see that we do not belong to ourselves, but to the continuum and continuation of all life, and this uncanny contagious quality of being called human consciousness.

True genius in is not sub-scientific it is trans-scientific. It is all the rational, scientific mind can do to keep up with the imagery and wisdom that is perceived spontaneously in the bodymind from our highest states of consciousness.

I’m wary of the worship of consciousness. Consciousness is just another process; it isn’t God. It’s merely a simulation of The One Thing. The One Thing is too big to fit into consciousness, so the simulation is, at best, like a ‘napkin sketch of the Mona Lisa’ The idea that we can stretch consciousness to accommodate more and more of the Big Picture is like trying to stretch out a thimble in order to fit the ocean into it. Simply put, the capacity of consciousness is inadequate for the task of simulating the whole field of energy that makes up the One Thing.

In practice then, by omission and commission, consciousness obscures The One Thing, i.e. the unity of creation.

We’re separated from God because we’re lost in the simulation that is consciousness (i.e. an abstraction).

Mindfulness meditation allows us to control the properties of the simulation. Mindless meditation allows us to experience the unity of creation at the price of abandoning consciousness. What good is an experience if we are never conscious of it? It’s as if we’re in a darkened room with the TV on. When we turn the TV off, all we see is blackness. If it's in the consciousness; it's a lie. Then again some lies are whoppers and others are just half-truths.

"From the origination of name-&-form comes the origination of consciousness. From the cessation of name-&-form comes the cessation of consciousness. And just this noble eightfold path is the path of practice leading to the cessation of consciousness, i.e., right view, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration. The fact that pleasure & happiness arises in dependence on consciousness: that is the allure of consciousness. The fact that consciousness is inconstant, stressful, subject to change: that is the drawback of consciousness. The subduing of desire & passion for consciousness, the abandoning of desire & passion for consciousness: that is the escape from consciousness.
"For any priests or contemplatives who by directly knowing consciousness in this way, directly knowing the origination of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the cessation of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the path of practice leading to the cessation of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the allure of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the drawback of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the escape from consciousness in this way, are practicing for disenchantment — dispassion — cessation with regard to consciousness, they are practicing rightly. Those who are practicing rightly are firmly based in this doctrine & discipline. And any priests or contemplatives who by directly knowing consciousness in this way, directly knowing the origination of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the cessation of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the path of practice leading to the cessation of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the allure of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the drawback of consciousness in this way, directly knowing the escape from consciousness in this way, are — from disenchantment, dispassion, cessation, lack of clinging/sustenance with regard to consciousness — released, they are well-released. Those who are well-released are fully accomplished. And with those who are fully accomplished, there is no cycle for the sake of describing them.

"Although a self-conscious person is in many respects different from a self-centered one, neither is in enough control of psychic energy to enter easily into a flow experience. Both lack the attentional fluidity needed to relate to activities for their own sake; too much psychic energy is wrapped up in the self, and free attention is rigidly guided by its needs. Under these conditions it is difficult to become interested in intrinsic goals, to lose onself in an activity that offers no rewards outside the interaction itself." 85, Flow, Mihaly Csiksentamihalyi

He said autotelos...(telos-meaning goal) is doing for the love of the thing itself rather than a goal.
