Abandon your personal identity. Who do you think your are? No, really. Whoever you are, stop being that person.

Hey, you telling me I am not good enough. boxing
What is Culture? Culture is the full range of learned human behavior patterns and habits acquired as a member of society. It is the sum of thoughts and behaviors of a people over time. Now we can speak of a global culture…for wherever we are on the planet we are increasingly affecting and being affected by the whole. Animals too live in groups or communities and their group behavior and practices is their culture. As various cultures from around the world interact, the resulting global culture will probably become less “Westernized” and morph into something greater than the sum of its parts.

A soul culture is based on Flow and autotelos, which means doing for the love of the thing itself rather than a goal...(telos-meaning goal). Through Being, Flow and autotelos we can remove the neurotic strictures around the heart that roboticize us into ravenous consumers…and so create a real culture of value, meaning and joy.

I got a glimpse of what it is to be real. As one individual becomes real and lives with a permanently exploding heart...then this catches on until it becomes the norm. To be real is to have your heart torn from your chest. To open ones heart in a world of superficiality and closure...this perhaps is the crucifixion and yet to not do so is a living death.  For heart opening work I am totally inspired by Chapter 6 in Untethered Heart by Michael Singer...it ties in nicely with the Presence Process work of Michael Brown.

Yes, everybody has to abandon their old identity. But then we need to abandon that to go to the next norm. Phew, it never ends!

The humanizing process...is called "realization" for a reason...for it is the process of becoming more "Real." Realness is "openness" or love, and this is the key to healing and wholing. Love heals all, because love makes Real what has fallen out of sync with the evolutionary wave. When we fall out of sync, that is start to "close," we begin the blackening or death process, as opposed to the life process.  Love draws us back into the evolutionary fold and reconnects our fractured selves.

I don’t think there is a conspiracy to slowly change us over to little Borg people over the course of thousands of years. It is just what happens in industrial societies if we don’t fight to sustain our mind, heart and soul. Fight to save our humanity from the machine.

The old person has to dis-integrate for the new person to emerge. The christians always talk about being born again. They don't emphasize that in order to be born again your old self must, in a way, die. Anyway, I want to start the "disintegral" movement. Pull away and let decay, the old fake self. Otherwise there is no room for the new self. Live and let die.

Conscious Death—Humanity needs to start embracing the death and decay part of the cycle, for we are destroying the habitat of the decomposers in our soil and in our intestines...and so our nutrient cycling processes are being disrupted, which ultimately is a downward spiral of the loss of nutrients for life and consciousness. Civilization must be built of regenerous, nutrient enhancing principles or it is a slowly dying enterprise. Sterilization is biocide.

The Old Must Dissolve—It is Beta consciousness, the robotized rationalist of left-brain survival mode that hates dying, for it doesn’t want to let go of the clinging/aversion matrix of which it is composed. Once you surrender to the spiritual death process, the metamorphic alchemical caldron (The Holy Grail) embraces you and nature's powers of transformation are so deep, that the dieoff is one of the most holy (wholey) and satisfying experiences. The old must dissolve for the new to be born from within.

the Uni-verse continually disolves and re-generates itself (14 times a second i read in one quantum book).  it's the ego that needs and holds onto the idea of continuity.

No comprehendo. I wonder what that frequency is supposed to imply, and why it is so slow.

The ego is a defense against nothingness. Out of fear of nothing the ego tries to create a substantial something, without realizing that nothing is actually far bigger, greater and grander than something.

That’s 14 cycles per second (hertz)?

All night sleep EEG from ten normal students were subjected to FFT spectral analyses. Delta (0.3-3 Hz), sigma (12-16 Hz) and beta (20-28 Hz) EEG showed strongly oscillating patterns across the night. The scattergram of sigma versus beta revealed two separate clusters. One cluster demonstrated a positive linear correlation between sigma and beta. The second cluster showed a range of beta, but a stable, low level of sigma activity. Points in the former cluster consisted of those from NREM epochs, and in the latter, from REM epochs. The present results suggest that REM and NREM EEG are composed of two sets of EEG frequency components, perhaps reflecting different neuronal pools

Well I just had 20 hrs of mammoth spiritual sex after 8 years celibacy, and my buttocks are now joined to the unified field and flashing in and out of existence completely renewing themselves at 14 cycles per second. Woo Hoo!

Actually it was my kundalini gland at the base of the spine that was pulsating, awesome sensation. it is still going a little bit now, it gives a space warping, space undulating effect...its oceanic.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lF4y93hvDBY  —Ananda Bosman, absolutely awesome movement in physics using inner siddhis on entheogens. So out there not sure what to make of it yet, but this guys sounds "correct." Lips Sealed

No not Alien Scientist, a very "unusual" FL 54yo alive, awake, spiritually unlearned but way ahead of the game...for example he is doing "appreciation" while I was still doing "gratitude."
He is looking to me as a teacher, yet he is more of a teacher than me...hopefully he will whip me into shape and keep me real. Impossible situation, gonna be interesting.
Quite the poet too, see...
"The seeds of memory are being replanted with brave dreams that are kindled from ashes."
Oh and he has a Schauberger designed Divine Rod. Lips Sealed
