Yes, Jimtzu. My waking dream for today included continuing fatigue and frustration about my farm, and a flat tire on a difficult primitive mountain road on the way home .  Paying lucid heartful attention  out the window, knowing the universe had my arse in a sling .  i made it home ok, praying for lucidity again on another "groundhog day"

ohhhh Henry... that wasn't a waking dream, that was lucid waking.  nothing is more awakening than being in a perilous situation (much like when i was driving home on side streets for 13 miles this winter with no breaks, trying to get home at night). why can't we maintain that heartfull attention all the time??
while it felt that your arse is in a sling, the universe is actually cradling you in it's arms, making sure you got home safely. all it asked for in return was some attention to where you were (are).  your life was literally in your own hands, you can't get more soveriegn than that. 

i do hope your farm keeps going.  in the trying times to come it may be a nice place to be.

what i neglected to notice about my non-lucid waking daymare yesterday were the people who came to my rescue. While i was focused on my over heated, flat tire, "my life isn't working" angst, seven or eight people offered air tanks, telephones, repaired and mounted my tire, and had me on my way again within an hour. Sometimes a flat tire is just a flat tire, and lucidity a portal to Grace .....Jana, thanks for the permaculture link; Earthaven, a bit south of me near wonderful Asheville, offers good permaculture education

Salt is mind blowing...only Jolie could have done it. She gone lift the bar for the guys, but simply upping the violence could not outdo the utter elegance of her performance.

CIA officer Peabody (Chiwetel Ejiofor) gave a perfect example of a rapid post-conventional decision on the fly. When he had to go outside the law to allow Evelyn Salt to continue her work to stop a Russian attack the US. For the welfare of the globe and to prevent nuclear war Evelyn had to be set free and yet at the conventional level she would have been taken into custody and had to have spend wasted years trying to prove her innocence. Few would have the Presence, self-assurance and heart intelligence to make that post-conventional decision that could in effect save the world. Notice also how Evelyn threw herself into happenstance without hesitation and so cut through the action like a hot knife through butter. Only a fully embodied person who knew her own mind, heart and soul could elicit the unconflicted perfect poise of the post-conventional straight arrow.

Eat, Pray, Love  —Hard to sit thru, India very irritating, not artistically memorable...kinda boring...love story insignificant, lessons not hitting home well, kinda ugly. Lady audience depressed after.

Finally saw Inception at IMAX after many delays. Best film I've seen in a few years. Complex plot, great visuals. Cowboy violence to keep the red meme happy all the way up to second tier Integral stuff. Too complicated for a 13 year old maybe as it is rated PG-13, but I guess even they would enjoy it since it has so many levels. (the film needs to be R, way too much violence for a 13 year old. Am I old fashion for saying that?) As violent as 'The Matrix', but I think this one has much more heart and soul and less comic bookish than 'The Matrix'. More mature. Academy Awards for sure. The IMAX made some people nauseated due to visual perception for those sensitive to motion effects and its hard to take in all the images since the screen is so huge (IMAX is better designed for Hubble images, space launches and underwater shots of whales) . Still, the IMAX is overwhelming in the positive sense to see and hear. I would like to see Inception on a standard screen. Can't go wrong with this one.

If we are not rooted into our core being and into the cosmos (God) then no matter how much money, weapons, friends, castles and motes we have...we are never secure...for we are not really here! Consider also that if we are not stable and harmonious in our own being, it is even less likely that we will find peace through relationship than alone. Sovereignty is the opposite of dependency and it is through our autonomy that we can have relationships that make sense and uplift. In one way or another life without sovereignty is conscious or unconscious pain and suffering. Happiness is security and stress is insecurity. Since sovereignty is the only real security there is, that means that happiness is the same thing as sovereignty. Thus because the inner and the outer are one, this means that sovereignty is both the most selfish and the most magnanimous and generous way of being. For only through sovereignty are we fully alive, and only by being fully alive do we have anything of real value to give to the evolution and betterment of humanity.

The thing that struck me with the movie Inception, is that when we spontaneously jump from one level of lucidity to the next higher reality...becoming self-conscious of the previous level as the eye of awareness telescopes out...there is a sudden shock or pop from one level to the next. In this movie these travelers are conscious dream level jumpers and so for them there is no pop of greater lucidity between the levels. Knowing the enigmatic nature of mind...I would say that the potential for jumping to increasing levels of perception is infinite. This movie gives one a very real sense of depth penetration...and in this sense is an excellent learning devise for the expansion of consciousness. Climbing teaches us if we stay open to the continued learning experience it offers. If we have enough energy to overcome the Borg-like shut down of the right-brain's novelty seeking function, then the left-brain doesn't slump into fossilized routine ritualistic consciousness. Thus when the hemispheres are balanced we remain open to learning and not resistant to the interpenetration of levels and perspectives. It is this lability perhaps what we mean by being freed from the ego or Borg programming (fundamentalism). Labile means being open to change or adaptable. An emotionally labile person is constantly undergoing or likely to undergo change in synchronous flow with the Universe herself. Not that habits are not important to a fully functional life, but that we must be weary of going to sleep and losing the Sovereign Eye as we perform our repetitive tasks…for without sovereignty there is no real choice…and without conscious choice we are not living our own life.

The sense of Armageddon or the lust for death occurs at the end of any state, phase, stage, era or eon...where we have an internal desire to die to the old forms. We project this death urge onto the world, build up a myth about it, generate paranoia that "they" are out to get us, and force ourself into a crisis situation in order to get the necessary breakdown/breakthrough event. As the stability of the old self reaches maximum chaos through the buildup of tension, paradox and performative contradiction, the new, deeper and more cohesive level of awareness is able to cut through the conflict and reestablish a sense of identity at an expanded more mature level. During the rebirthing process we become paralyzed by the endorphins produced as the influx of greater awareness stupifies and stuns the lower former bodymind. This shock process largely occurs because we have tended to build cultures of fear and resistance....due to our inexperience of how to apply compassionate awareness or heart-intelligence to the process of evolution itself...thus our growth tends to be forced, punctuated, divergent, dispersed and with periodic regression...not the smooth transitioning path of a truly conscious species in which growth is as natural as breathing. Indeed, not even our breathing is natural anymore.

In a way the illusional Janus is the key to awakening, sovereignty, healing...and being.

The Inception movie appears to be a social-psychological engineering project. That the Father is disappointed in the son…that the Father wants the son to create his own empire…and that the Father is redeemed in the son  and that the son can redeem himself and the Father only by creating and manifesting his own dream.  Also that the Wife and Mother’s reality has been accidentally devalidated by her Husband, and in her confusion she attempts to pull him down into unconscious nonreality also. But that both can be saved by waking up to the levels of unconsciousness and projection.

The second watching of Inception I noticed a lot more interweaving, I was a little impatient…but on walking out I had more of a startling wake-up effect than the last time. In the bathroom after, I noticed my urine stream was not as strong as a women 20 years my junior. I put my sunglasses on to reduce the ultra-vividness of my noticing ability. This made me realize that showing up, was not so much a matter of “waking up” but of having the courage to be “out there.” That showing up is allowing one’s Self to fully experience the ultra-vividness of reality without the habitual methods of closing off, reducing the range of perception and shutting down the senses. Then I found myself in nostalgia for the possible next moment in which this blown open field of awareness would be shut down again. Feeling as I was a raw awareness that self-consciousness was a closing down of the field of fully-liberated awareness. The main jewel of recognition I received was that levels of consciousness are composed of Perception…Filter…Interpretation…Story…in a flickering field in which emotions are interweaving cause and effect of the play of ever changing consciousness. The Witness or meta-consciousness observes the dance of contraction vs. love which describes the strength and process-ability with which one can tolerate the vividness of the incoming data stream.

“The process of Awakening as Source is the total urge thru all of Awareness/Consciousness/Mind and the consortium self. It is the most startling, wonderful, moving horror and beauty, with our "real" or "true" Self through a type of confronting ourselves to just Be. At this level, inner and outer would obtain no meaning, except as a self-aware expression/experience. It is more an act of undoing or surrender and acceptance of zero meta-programs and then getting out of the way of Spirit by sublimating Soul to Awareness. Source is always about total and focused urge towards greater expansion, fuller expression. Then there is the "consortium - I". Well termed by Peter Carroll, of Chaos fame. My point is why tie up all of attention's focus in multi-grade minutae of manifestation? When not one cell of our body touches, and as we inspect the wave-field like communication of cells and chemical interactions into genetic-entity-life-form, I'm more interested in the Source of the energy and wave fields, where the Source inspires with no need for any articulation of knowing or understanding. Far easier to access as a direct experience than any path. But leave the sheaths and multiplicatives behinds, if we're struggling, we're hanging on to. Anything from Soul outward, certain tools of engagement are used. Mind, it's mentation hooks of visual-verbal-word-pictures, reflection, recombinent (sic), reorganising structure of origination of nuanced thought. Sorry I passed Soul, but Soul too, has it's own senses, and therefore it's own way of being. Not as a strategy here, but as any adjustment observed to express more Spirit and therefore purity of Beingness, (so-called).
The emotional body/mind, expanded now to a wave harmonic with the furies of the astral wave field, extreme and amplified ego here. I don't care who wants to lie about it in critical fashion, of noble aesthetics in passion. Manipulate your own wave field picture or ability at and of perception, but most pay in pain distraction instead of arrival at a true center. Meta-programs end up being so much of ego-addictions, Soul has it's comfort zones of habitual patterning, Spirit expresses Itself as a wave-field, certain hertz, certain engagements of collapsing the wave form or expanding the harmonic tone, etc.,. Spirit is known as the ZPF of Consciousness. Then there is pure Awareness, free of the need for intelligence or reason, it has no opposite(s). Source has as part of It's toolbox of tools of engagement,,,,,,,Awareness.” Garwin Redman

I Am Love

A stunning masterpiece—absolutely brilliant. Each shot an artistic brush stroke that investigates the profound sense of urgency and deep curiosity within a romantic flare up. A fire that once triggered, burns with such force that it consumes the individual leaving them in a contracted depersonalized state with a terribly narrow view—a view mind you with a piercing quality required for an inevitable explosive expansion. Swinton portrayed the loss of self perfectly, a ghostly figure bewildered and dazed as she is taken for a ride by her own passion, pleasure and pain. The exaggerated mega-meltdown near the end leading to her obligation to surrender, reclaim and re-own the heart. The return of the personalized Self via Self-Love. Bravo!

The trailer itself sums up the totality of the film.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the musical score & the raspberries. 
There was barely any need for dialogue in this movie. Dinner is served.

Salvador Dali's younger years...look at the psych of his development. Fascism at the time. Genius/madness.
Fantastic...one of the most interesting artists to study.
Robert Patterson (the vampire) played Dali...probably his best role...I was wanting him to slip even more into the
majesty of Dali, but then it was a "young" Dali that we saw...so probably the correct amount of stature was portrayed.
