All is Spirit. Mind is distilled Spirit and Body is congealed Mind. Spirit divides Itself into categories to construct the contents of the mind. It then projects consciousness into the categories to construct the body. This is evolution: Spirit-->Mind-->Body. Cooperating with evolution in this formulation means using your mind to access spirit and project isolated islands of consciousness (perspectives) into the physical world.

How do we take raw spirit and distill it into mind-stuff? Mindless meditation.

How do we take mind-stuff and congeal it into physical matter? Mindful activity.

Some synonyms for Body, Mind & Spirit:

Conscious, Subconscious & Unconscious.

self (small s), Archetypes & Self (capital S).

I, We & It.

Physical World, Noosphere & Prime Mover.

Samsara, Maya & Brahman.

Etc.
