There are people that have a lust for the ecstatic experience, even though they are in perpetual bliss. I have a popped friend who purposefully inner conjuncts every day. When you are Muse driven however there is a tacit knowledge that ecstasy and difficulty (hellish emotions) are equally valid and simply part of the cycle of creativity and awakening. When you are kundalini lit, you are in bliss whether you are in ecstasy or hell so it doesn't matter. What people are probably trying to do in their drive for ecstasy is to switch themselves on. That is they are unconsciously trying to fire up their kundalini caduceus to get more in touch with their soul. However, this is easier done than you could imagine—all you have to do to awaken kundalini and get in touch with your soul is to 1. change to a remineralized-raw diet, and 2. stop killing yourself.

Let's switch gears and talk about 'playfulness' Play is a good way to have mini, controlled epiphanies and ecstacies. Play has rules and freedom. Positivity requires playfulness, doncha think?

We did play already back 8 months ago when I discovered it was the solution to the patriarchal braindamage syndrome, and I built up the neurochemistry of play, and the tenets of play etc...

I am getting woefully weepy at present...even reading about the alchemist-K-active Jacob Boehme's life in The Emerald Tablet by Hauck...illuminated and illustrated life in conscious alchemy...exquisite...I will have to get a bio.

I see Jung's divine Red Book has also been printed...there are a few illustrations on amazon...awesome artist.

The sovereign individual must be just that, because visionaries and those who follow the call of the Divine, dance to the beat of a different drum than the standard population. Because they have different values, sensitivities, depths and energies they may be misunderstood, underestimated and persecuted. Therefore eating spin, tolerating bliss and working with the evolutionary flow involves a mode of divine play inextricably backed by cosmic resources…for we are unlikely to get reassurance and support from the non-initiated and those zoned in the consensus matrix.

Think of the self as a set of core values and ideals that’s inside a circle. The circle represents the circumstances that the self sees. The self has two choices; 1) be affected by the circumstances, or 2) affect a change in the circumstances. We can let the envelope of our circumstances push in on us and effectively constrain the expression of our core values or we can kick at the walls and try to make the world conform more closely to our vision. In the first case we’re either unconscious of our core values or we lack confidence in the effort to express them. Each time we let this happen we build a little sub-self that is a detached and semi-autonomous agent that is outside the influence of our core values. In the latter case we act from an inner confidence that is trying to expand who we are into a larger, more integrated self. Therefore the inner core values need to be unassailable and beyond reproach. This is achieved by degrees through an iterative process of trial-and-error whereby, as we try to push our values out, we get pushed back and end up refining and/or revising our core values to fit a larger and more diverse scope of influence.

In order to eliminate compartmentalization and achieve an integrated personality, a single set of core values should apply to all reactions of the self to its circumstances. Sovereignty is the condition where the world does not affect one’s core values anymore. The sovereign individual is not affected by her circumstances, at least not at the level of her core values, but instead has two other possible reactions to new circumstances; expand outward or resist inward pressure. This does not rule out spunkiness and unpredictability; but it does put a damper on irresponsibility and hypocrisy.

In order to be nonhypocratic you would have to live in a bubble.
Take my morality for example it eliminates cooked food, chemicals, rudeness, parasitism, war and 99.99999% of sex. Since the standard world is all about cooked food, chemicals, rudeness, parasitism, war and sex...that leaves me with no life to live in this world.

Unfortunately human existence at present seems to be ALL about compromising ones values in order to get thru the day and pay the rent. Virtually none of us would be doing what we are doing if we could actualize the utopias we dream of in our minds that are the only thing keeping our flame alive.

Biogenic Core values arise out of a sensitivity to that which furthers the evolution of Lifeforce and living things. But we have to love ourselves in order to be true to our core values in an anti-life world, otherwise we are just part of the self-hating paradigm that is killing Gaia. There is a greater prior existing Truth of Life that is latent and waiting for us to awaken our sensitivity to it. It is the simple truth of the integration of body, mind and soul through merger with the cosmic mind. When the mind of man has gone insane, we have to reach beyond the human realm to recover our spiritual ground...wherein lies our true Buddhalike core values. Distorting or rejecting reality with regards to self, or other is always a form of self-hate.

The number one impediment to sovereignty is the self-hatred that gets in the road of the compassion necessary for dissolving the encrustation of inertia and resistance we call the ego.

Wow Jana does metaphysical flips...I just made a metaphor into a solid object that is used as a light to reach into the unilluminated darkness.

In this book I am going to be using the 8 Hz (cycles/sec) frequency as a metaphor for the frequency of compassion that carries the most complex depth and range of consciousness and dissolves the ego-armoring that separates the inner and the outer, and integrates the schism of body, mind and soul. So when you see me use it keep in mind that it represents “Gaian” attunement through the Schauman Resonance, the wholeness and wellness from the lifeforce of rawfood, the pivotal wave or master key to the Merkaba and the cohesive magnetic attractor of the mystic civilization that will be built through the divine inspiration of the Muse. Thus 8 Hz represents this and much more. Think of it as an enigma and a frequency to aspire to in which all things are a seamless mystical whole of one song. Giving the sense that we are ground through the roots of our being into the cosmos at large.
