Grin You are always up with my next step.
Will have to quote that concise clarification. Think I am making this more complicated than necessary?

SOVEREIGN HARMONICS

• The Sovereign Self is a Unified Field Object (UFO)…that is it is generated by coherency in consciousness, matter and energy with the Unified Field, such that there is less friction, disharmony or dissonance.
•Theta wave (4-8 Hz) being the love window through which the Sovereign Self “descends” into our conscious reality. The 4 Hz end of the scale being the hypnogogic channeling of transtemporal and cosmic information stream, while the 8 Hz end being conscious revelatory state associated with creativity and grokking in the waking state.
• The Sovereign Self is composed of masculine (King) and feminine (Queen) that marry together to create the actualized or whole person. This occurs through the 8 Hz star tetrahedron interdimensional Merkaba generated by the solar heart.
• Thus through sublime conjunction, the King and Queen reign free and make sense, wholeness and order. Through this stabilization of consciousness the higher self is known, and a much larger realm emerges, along with a higher sense of purpose.
• To the degree that we are defended, that is contracting ourselves from the Unified Field, is the degree to which we are incapable of feeling or expressing love…thus the Merkaba cannot synchrotron to Universal or Cosmic Christ levels.
• Universal compassion is to resonate with the universality of all life, such that lower motivations no longer trigger a response: guilt, shame, fear, hate, jealousy, avarice, revenge and greed.
• Universal compassion understands all things and “draws up” by example…thus allowing release of the armor (memory of recriminations) and permitting forgiveness and hence Flow.
• With the armor dropped we are born anew each moment and can be informed and in-formed by the Sovereign or Cosmic Self. Expansion is thus unlimited…to Know Thyself is to know that we are infinite.
• Therefore we see that we cannot base a mystic or spiritual civilization on notions of original sin and self-hatred, and so the patriarchal pyramid culture is fatally flawed, and is crumbling around our ears as spirit breaks free.
• Sovereignty is Self definition from Source…Sovereignty is not in anyway defining ourselves as the mirror image of our opposition, nor out of rejection of what we have known ourselves to be.
• Sovereignty is the divine right to be the source of ones own origination. Because we ARE the genesis/genius of our being anyway and so sovereignty is just facing the truth of existence.

The Feminine Approach to Negative Power Tactics:

• Talking at you behind your back.
• Using metaphors or stories of other people to illustrate a point meant for you.
• Threatening the wrath of the alpha male if behavior is not to their liking.
• Enlisting others in an exclusion campaign against an individual.
• Upgrading superficals - cosmetics and accessories in an effort to summon bauble power.
• Get sick and blame their sickness on the person they are threatened by.
• Name dropping of important people one is affiliated with.
• Using sexual attractiveness to side up with those whom have worldly power.
• Using suspicion, shame, guilt, or accusation as a method of suppression and control.

Anyone got any more yin power tactics used by men and women, kids and monkeys?

Adapted from one of Moonchild’s Tarot descriptions:

Usually we think of sovereignty in physical terms - big armies, powerful legions - but there is also inner sovereignty. Inner sovereignty comes from exercise of the heart muscle. It is perseverance, courage, resolve and composure - qualities that help a person to endure when times are tough. In the past, a person with inner sovereignty was commonly said to have "strength of character;" he or she could be counted on even in the darkest moments. Inner sovereignty represents this special energy of quiet determination. Inner sovereignty is not flashy; but is solid and reliable.

Yes that is one.

Yin forms of maladaptive control traits make up the majority of the pyramid because of the sheer numbers of subordinates compared to Alpha leaders. The yin control mechanisms are passive aggressive and tend to turn anger inside and have it consequently bleed outside. While yang control mechanisms are more focused on outer shows of active aggression. Yin anger is associated with depression, codependence, anxiety, substance abuse, obsessive compulsive, impulsive, self-destructive behavior, reckless sexual behavior, hypochondria, depersonalization, dissociation, freezing/stagnation, denial, fantasizing, catastrophizing, infantilism, recklessness, social isolation, lack of assertiveness, or temper outbursts, dependency, distrust, specialness, arrogance, and manipulativeness.

Yin controllers tend to believe their problems are caused by other people or by circumstances beyond their control. They may fain helplessness, confusion or illness in order to enlist help.  Heightened suspicion is evidence of a paranoid personality if it involves wrongly attributing malice to others.

Yea Francis...good stuff...

... notice the Parsifal nature of Nassim's Heart, in that he is merely "amused" by opposition or the old ways of thinking. He is not "fighting" the old paradigm, he is loving his way through it into the vast magical universe.

Inner sovereignty comes from the "Pure Heart" and yields perseverance, courage, resolve, endurance, composure and grace. Inner sovereignty amounts to the greatest gifts in life…character, nerve, substance and class. The deep inner strength of quiet determination. The Pure Heart reflects the strength of the geometry inherent in the Unified Field...there is no greater power in the Universe than the Force. To see, know and be all things.

Some interesting stuff attributed to the Pythagoras:

Aiôn, the Primordial God
In the Pythagorean tradition the many individual Gods, such as Zeus and Hera, Apollo and Artemis, are understood as offspring of the Father and Mother of the Gods, commonly known as Kronos and Rhea (see Part I, Theogony). These two rule all the principal dualities of the universe, including light and dark, form and substance, mind and matter, being and becoming, identity and diversity. These dualities are all manifestations of Unity (the Monad) and Plurality (the Indefinite Dyad).
However, beyond the Father and Mother of the Gods, most Pythagoreans recognize a primordial Divinity who encompasses all Divinities, and indeed all things in the universe. This transcendent Deity is sometimes called Aiôn ("Eternity" or "Unlimited Time"), but also The All (To Pan), The Whole (To Holon), and The One (To Hen). Indeed, Proclus (c.411-485 CE) says, "The One is God" (To Hen Theos). (I will use all these names, as appropriate.)
According to the myths, Aiôn is bisexual and by self-fertilization gives birth to the Father and Mother of the Gods. But since Kronos and Rhea together create ordinary (determinate) time and space, Aiôn's creation of Them is outside of time, an eternal Emanation. Such a Deity might seem remote indeed from our everyday lives, but I will try to explain why, for Pythagoreans, union with The One is the essence of a spiritual life.
________________________________________
The One is Ineffable
Heraclitus (fl. c. 500 BCE) says, "God is day night, summer winter, war peace, glut hunger (all the opposites, that is the meaning)" (fr. 67). That is, the Whole transcends duality. The All, by definition, includes everything; therefore it must include all opposites. The One, by definition, must unify everything; therefore it must unify all opposites. Hence, The One is paradoxical and contradictory, and the ancients called It Ineffable, Invisible, Unspeakable, Unnamable, and Unknown.
The Whole is simultaneously mind and matter, one and many, stability and change. Indeed, It is and is not, for It unifies the opposites Being and Not-being (see "Enigmas of the One" in Pt. III). It encompasses not only what actually is, but also all potentialities, all possibilities. This is the foundation of Divine Providence (Pronoia), for The All comprehends all that might be, and out of that totality manifests what is. Further, because The One is the source and origin of the order and beauty of the Cosmos, and because It is the goal towards which everything is striving (the end of all becoming), many Pythagoreans identify The One with The Good (T'Agathon).
________________________________________
Is Matter Evil?
However, just because The One is called "The Good" and "The Highest" (To Anôtatô), it should not be supposed that It stands above something else (e.g., matter or the physical world), which is evil and debased. First, this is impossible, for The One is The All, and so there is no "something else" other than The Good. Furthermore, Pythagoreans recognize that transcendent Ideas emanate throughout the things of which they are the Essence; for example, Life pervades all living things. Therefore the highest Idea, The One, emanates Its Unity and Goodness throughout all things (existing or not existing). That which all things have in common, the featureless substrate of everything (existing or not existing), is Primary Matter (Prima Materia, Hylê), which is Universal Potential, the ultimate Principle of Receptivity (as the living One is the principle of activity). But be careful: Matter is not something different from The One, for The One is All; Matter is just The One from a different perspective. Matter is good because The One is good, for They are the same. Each of these two apparent opposites is called "The Extreme" (To Akron) and "The Simple" (To Haploun). (See "The Mother of the Gods" and "The Goddess of the Cosmic Tree" in Part II for more on Matter.)
________________________________________
The Higher Self
In particular, we see that mind and matter are not two mutually exclusive categories; rather, The All is Mind and Matter simultaneously. The physical world is familiar (more or less), but the other side of The All is the psychical world, the Mind of The All, of which our individual minds are parts.
We are fooled into thinking that our individual minds are separate and independent, but that is because we identify ourselves with our ego-consciousnesses. However, the ego-consciousness is just the most concrete, material layer of the mind, evolved to facilitate our functioning in the physical world of space and time. Deeper or higher (pick your metaphor) than the conscious mind lies the unconscious, the Higher Self. (Although it is beyond consciousness, we can learn about it indirectly.) At the furthest reaches of our unconscious minds we reach the collective unconscious, which we all share. That is, our individual Higher Selves are just organs of the one Highest Self, the Mind of The All. As Empedocles (c.495-435 BCE) says, the Divine All (To Theion Pan)
is Mind, both Holy and Ineffable,
through the whole Cosmos darting with swift thoughts. (fr. 134)
Again, the Divine Mind is not separate from the physical universe, for it is the physical universe. Its thinking constitutes Divine Providence.
The wisest way to live then, according to Pythagoreans, is in Harmony with Providence; we are a part of It, and so to live otherwise is to fight against ourselves. Wisdom is the means by which we attune ourselves to Providence. That is, "Wisdom is one thing: to know the Thought, how all things are steered through all things" (Heraclitus, fr. 41). It is a lifelong process of Individuation (Holôsis -- making oneself whole), including Unification with Divinity (Henôsis -- making oneself one), which eventuates in Deification (Theôsis).
________________________________________
The Threefold Way
How can we come to know The One, which is by definition ineffable, unspeakable, paradoxical, and contradictory? According to the Pythagorean Tradition, there is a Threefold Way (Triodos).
The first way is Analogy (Analogia): we cannot say what The One is, but we can say what It is like. For example, we can say that The One is like the Sun illuminating all things while remaining undiminished, and that The One illuminates each level of being in its own way, as each thing reflects or absorbs the Sun's rays in its own way.
The second path to The One is by way of Negation (Apophasis). Since The One is "beyond being," we cannot say what It is; therefore we must resign ourselves to saying what It is not. This is a Spiritual Exercise (Askêsis) that considers each assertion we might make of The One and then rejects it. Eventually one reaches a state of Silence (Sigê), awestruck and dumb before The Unspeakable (To Arrhêton).
The third way is the Ascent (Anagogê), by which we ascend to union with The All. The other two ways are intellectual, and so they must ultimately fail to achieve full understanding and illumination. It is a tenet of Pythagorean philosophy that the only way to truly know something is to become it: like knows like. Therefore the only way to know God is to become God. This may sound presumptuous, at very least! But remember that The All is God, therefore we are already part of Divinity, and thus divine ourselves. What we are seeking then is to become conscious -- intuitively, not intellectually -- of ourselves as aspects of Deity, and to live accordingly, as organs of divine Providence. An ancient Pythagorean said, "People are akin to the Gods... hence also God exercises Providence over us" (Diogenes Laertius, VIII.27). (See Part V on the Ascent.)
In order to know The One, you must become One, and so you must unify the opposites in yourself. In part this is accomplished by becoming more aware of symbols, for they can have multiple, contradictory meanings, and they are the language of the collective unconscious, by which we may communicate with the Gods.
________________________________________
Pagan Monotheism?
The foregoing description of The One may seem to verge on Pagan monotheism; indeed, mystical Christianity, Judaism, and Islam all borrowed generously from the Neo-Platonic branch of the Pythagorean tradition. However, there are significant differences, which are important to observe. First, as discussed in the earlier parts of this Summary, Pythagoreans recognize many Gods; in addition to Aiôn (The One), there are Kronos and Rhea (the Monad and Dyad), Zeus and Hera (the Demiurge and World Soul), and all the other Olympians, as well as a host of lesser Divinities, Spirits, and Heroes (deified ancestors). All these Gods are aspects of The One, of course, who is sometimes called simply "God," but by this same reasoning we mortals are also aspects of God, as is everything else in the world. What this shows is that there is a false dichotomy between monotheism and polytheism. Just as we all are parts of The Whole, but nevertheless separate individuals, so also all the Gods are really distinct and individual Divinities, but also parts of the Divine One. Like our fingers, They are separate, but parts of one Whole. The All is One (Hen To Pan).
Finally, it's worthwhile to make a few remarks on the ancient Greek word Theos (God). First, in the oldest stratum of the language Theos may refer to either a God or a Goddess (the separate word Thea for "Goddess" was a later innovation). Second, the word is used almost like an adjective meaning Divinity, and so when something is called Theos, it means that it has the property of being Divine. This helps explain why an ancient Pagan may refer to Theoi ("Gods") in one line and to Theos ("God") in the next (as in the quote from Diogenes Laertius above); what he really means is "Divine Beings" (Theoi) and Divinity (Theos). The difference is between focusing on the individual aspects of Divinity or on Divinity as a whole. (It may also be worth mentioning that ancient Greek did not distinguish small and capital letters, so "god" and "God" are the same.)
In conclusion I will observe that the Pythagorean doctrine of The All reveals the full meaning of the familiar blessing:
Thou art God! (Theos ei!)

Interesting iboga effects
IBOGA PURCHASE:
http://www.shamanic-extracts.com/xcart/shamanic-ethnobotanicals/iboga/ —Iboga purchase

www.maya-ethnobotanicals.com/  Iboga (Tabernanthe iboga) which is used during initiations of the Bwiti culture in Gabon
Ben de Loenen (Iboga, Rite of Passage (DVD))

Iboga helps to take decisions and St John Wort to be in an harmonious state of mind.

Of course, putting more distance between the world and you is part of maturity and it comes naturally with age. However Iboga intakes stimulate this distance bringing more patience and allowing oneself to see further into one’s life and attain more elaborate goals. Future does not seem out of reach.

Inhibition is part of the survival kit. However inhibition is like a break always pushed on and it may prevent you from improving. After Iboga intakes, you get more free to take decisions for the long run. You don’t feel fear the same way.

After Iboga intakes, the way you perceive time and integrate it in your everyday life is different. The difference between short term and long term gets blurred.
You see better the way they are linked. You will give less privilege to the short term and see how a bad decision in the ‘now’ will bring drawbacks in the future. You will see more easily how choosing a more difficult attitude in the ‘now’ will bring advantages in the future.

Hypnagogic states occur just before sleep. It corresponds to theta waves, that is from 4 to 7 vibrations per second. This means that the main brain frequency is then set between 4 and 7 hertz. After Iboga intakes, these hypnagogic states became longer and more intense. Since these states are related to creativity and problem solving, it is important to systematize their use and I work on this every day. Even poor results are interesting.

Old habits were erased, both in everyday life and in the visual field. It slows down my conclusions but it gives me more control on what is going on, provided I am not in a hurry. # My opinion is that Iboga will increase what you are, good or bad and amplify your self.
# It will be de-structuring some habits in your mind and it is up to you to re-construct them.
# You will feel more free but you will be responsible for your re-adjustment in everyday life.

Most people wont like ibogaine.
As you may know, iboga is not a pleasant plant to take.

Dr Schweitzer sold it in France from 1930 to 1963 as anti-tiredness, under the name of Lambarene. Then athletes took it as a drug to enhance performances.

For tripping, you may try melatonin, DL-phenyalanine and vinpocetine which are authorized products.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-X-rmhAx8w  —Nassim Haramein - Coast to Coast 9/18/09

Integrating the Schismed Self
The bias in the right hemisphere is to process global information, and the bias in the left hemisphere is to process local. The brain does this because parallel processing of global and local levels of an object of attention provides overall shape and finer details more rapidly than if just one mechanism was involved. Studies with split-brain patients have shown that the corpus callosum may be necessary to integrate global and local levels normally. Without the corpus callosum, the hemispheres act as if they are independent, but when the callosum is intact, they cooperate in ways that we are just beginning to understand.

A unilateral bifurcated brain…that is an anaesthetizing lobotomization of the brain hemispheres is the general pattern of brain function within the subtle tyranny of pyramid (status brain damaged) cultures. The self-rejection/self-exclusion mechanism is how we maintain our separation (default boundaries) and smallness. The primary schism of self-rejection makes the brain hemispheres operate more independently and oppositionally rather than together - meaning that our adaptive cunning brain can be cut off from emotion, empathy and intuition and thus operate independent of wisdom or moral sense and universal or the highest capacities of our cosmic daimon.

We leave the world of power-over culture behind, into a more power-with unified experience by not defaulting into alignment with the disharmonious patterning of the old culture, but by active individuation and becoming a spontaneous preceptor of the new. Venturing forth into internal space where no man has gone before. With vision we raise ourself up from our own utilitarian abuse of ourselves, freeing ourselves from autonomated enslavement to a dying system of fear based reality that is no longer working for us.

Experience becomes flesh which in turn generates experience. Through our experience our brain must work out how to organize the sensory signals it receives for it to perceptually map that world adequately for survival. If we can become aware of the patterns of our energy/consciousness that compose this perceptually map we can shift our personality, mood and lifestyle more towards that which is resourceful and works for us and not against us. Positively change the internal map of reality and our outer reality changes more to our liking…whatever doesn’t work falls away automatically. If we don’t harmonize our personality and mood with healthy diet and lifestyle habits it damages our cognitive abilities and this reduces our brain function as we age and we fail to attract experience that serves us.

Whole brain functioning improves emotional intelligence, preventing the self denial and self sabotage that occurs when the hemispheres operate more independently and oppositionally. Integration increases the precision of pattern recognition, subtle differentiation, creativity, intelligence, problem solving, boundaries, and perceptual integration in everyday experience associated with actualized, successful and mature levels. Neuro-integrative technologies like Holosync or Jeffery Thompson’s brainwave meditations and other binaural practices that develop whole brain intelligence helps us to recover our humanity in the deepest sense of the word. Any changes you wish to make are expedited by the use of brainwave technologies due to the increased neural plasticity and neuron growth, allowing a more spontaneous, holistic interaction with reality. Stress, suffering, struggle, friction, disease and the other symptoms of disharmonious patterning effortlessly fall away.

De-automation through de-patterning allows the brain to be more self-aware, de-structuring habits in the mind, allowing re-construction and freeing us to make more responsible adjustments to reality in everyday life.

The Universe contains a self-organizing principle. All boundaries are arbitrarily imposed mental constructs. To define means to make finite. That is, to set boundaries. When we assume that boundaries are naturally occurring phenomenon, we see an illusory reality. When we see the boundaries as arbitrary constructs that are mere projections onto a boundless Universe, the maleability of reality becomes clear.

Every atom or point is already infinitely complex. (excerpt 5, time 3:38) Therefore complexity is not increasing. It may seem like complexity is increasing because our consciousness is progressively unveiling this always already infinite complexity. As we develop our knowledge by dividing the world more and more into finer and finer distinctions (more artificial boundaries), we see increasing complexity. Like so many things, complexity is a state of mind, not a property of the Universe.

Great post Jana. Build on what works, what doesn't work will fade on its own, so don't worry about what doesn't work.

"change the internal map of reality and our outer reality changes more to our liking…whatever doesn’t work falls away automatically."

Any fixed map is eventually counter-productive. We need always to make new maps and to rework old maps, otherwise our maps bind us into a static space.

The territory is always new each moment, and yet we tend to use our old maps to discern this ever new reality. This is called conditioning. It is not a bad thing because it helps to reduce data processing  and provide a filtering system to the infinite complexity of information we are exposed to. But until we break through the vice of consensus reality with kundalini, entheogens, yoga/mediation or shamanic adventures of various kinds, our conditioning tends to be extremely limiting...creating a rigid vice on the depths, heights and breadth of our potential perception. As such when ensconced in the veil of consensus conditioning we do not yet "Know Thyself." This vice of cognitive limitation is even more damaging when we are exposed to traumatic or life-negating experience, the memory of which remains in the bodymind and constitutes our armor.

UNLEARNING TRAUMA
Post-traumatic stress disorder is an anxiety disorder that can develop after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm occurred or was threatened. Simply awakening in our rough and tumble human world is traumatic. The lack of fear extinction or inhibitory learning - that is the failure to “unlearn,” is a hallmark of post-traumatic stress disorders. Inhibitory learning is thought to be a parallel learning mechanism that requires the acquisition of new information as well as the suppression of previously acquired experiences to be able to adapt to novel situations or environments. Researchers at Salk Institute have found a receptor for glutamate the most prominent neurotransmitter in the brain, to play a key role in the process of "unlearning," or inhibitory learning. The memory extinction receptor is called “metabotropic glutamate receptor 5” (mGluR50).

Stress generated by memories of traumatic events usually diminish over time. The ability to suppress those negative responses is called "extinction memory," and its deficiency may lead to anxiety disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The ventromedial prefrontal cortex, an area on the lower surface of the brain that includes the medial orbitofrontal cortex, is believed to inhibit the activity of the amygdala.

Rawl Joseph suggests the numbing during the fear response is caused by a massive secretion of opiates within the amygdala and basal ganglia, while the rigidity and loss of Will is a consequence hyper-amygdala influences on the medial frontal lobe and corpus and limbic striatum. The amygdala is able to induce these catatonic states, via interconnections with the basal ganglia, brainstem, as well as the medial frontal lobes. Under extremely stressful conditions the striatal, frontal lobe and amygdala, are simultaneously undergoing dopamine depletion, which in turn results in hyperactivation of these areas. The medial orbitofrontal cortex (mOFC) appears thicker in those who can better control their emotional response to unpleasant memories. The relationship between the size of this brain structure and the ability to recover from traumatic experiences also may influence overall personality type, for it was found that those who exhibited better fear inhibition also score higher in measures of extraversion an energetic, outgoing personality.

There is an improper regulation of cortisol in the brains of those who suffered abuse.  Cortisol production – the hormone that prepares us for 'fight or flight' –as a possible mediator in the abuse-cancer relationship. It is not surprising that a new study found that children who are very distressed when their parents fight have higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol. And childhood trauma is a potent risk factor for development of chronic fatigue syndrome.

Vilayanur Ramachandran of UC San Diego (see youtube) proposes a "God spot," a neural mechanism for religious experience in that the amygdala is situated alongside the limits of the temporal lobe, which processes semantic meaning and its significance. Thus excitations linking the two could result in a simultaneous experience of extreme fulfillment and intense significance - equating to a profound religious, or mystical experience. Alterations in brain neurophysiology can provide experience of the "transcendent." Using brain scanning technology it is evident that these “unifying” states are mediated by a neural network that is well distributed throughout the brain.” Meditation or communion with God invigorates quite different regions including: the caudate nucleus, insula, inferior parietal lobe (IPL) and medial orbitofrontal cortex (MOFC) which may weigh the pleasantness of an experience. As well as other brain regions such as the medial prefrontal cortex, which may help govern conscious awareness of an emotional state, and the middle of the temporal lobe.

If meditation makes you too spacious and ungrounded, then meditation while sitting on the ground in nature, preferably near running water.

Meditation changes the concentration and release of glutamate in the brain from places that promote instability to areas that promote calm. Meditation also reduces stress, and stress increases glutamate release in the hippocampus. Meditation may even delay certain signs of aging in the brain. The prefrontal cortex and right anterior insula were between four and eight thousandths of an inch thicker in the meditators; the oldest of these subjects boasted the greatest increase in thickness, the reverse of the usual process of aging. Gamma brainwaves are associated with activity in the medial orbitofrontal cortex.

If you build up the neural muscles so to speak in the medial orbitofrontal cortex through meditation this increases the regulatory effects on the amygdala and the caudate nucleus that are associated with the fear response and PTSD. Essentially what his does is to defragment, unseize and youthify the brain, allowing for greater efficiency, spontaneity, new learning and increased energy flow...which translates as increased well-being, happiness and success. If your life exhibits signs of being hopelessly tied in knotted double binds, paradoxes, dead ends, unsatisfying relationships, meaninglessness and futility...it could be that your brain needs a cleaning, overhaul and reconditioning.

Richard Davidson found long-term Buddhist meditators self-induced sustained EEG high-amplitude gamma-band oscillations and phase-synchrony during objectless compassion meditation. the practitioner lets his feeling of loving-kindness and compassion permeate his mind without directing his attention toward a particular object. The gradual increase of gamma activity during meditation is in agreement with the view that neural synchronization, as a network phenomenon, requires time to develop and efficiency improves with prolonged practice such that long term meditators use less energy (brain activity) to maintain neural synchronization.

Gamma Meditation 2.0 and indeed all of Jeffrey Thompson's CDs are extremely effective at generating meditative states. Thompson is a pioneer in brainwave entrainment research, and is the one who discovered Epsilon waves (slower than Delta, less than 1/2 Hz per second), among other things.
