yes, once we get passed the egoic, possesive kind of love, there are no time/space limitations. radiating love, as you called it, just for the "hell" of it.  Tongue

speaking of fear... is  fear present in the different levels of sub- and un-  and conscious modes of being? with fear in the conscious level the easiest (only?) area where it can be transcended?  i've been pondering that lately.

In my experience sexual love without possession is merely the result of age and celibacy which build hormonal nonresponsiveness....creating an attraction immunity...or rather a more fierce repression of the follow-thru mechanism. People become little different than works of art.

• Every action, connotation or intention born of fear generates more fear…by imprinting or anointing cellular memory and the vacuum with fear e-motion (defensive action).
• Every action, connotation or intention born of love generates more love…by imprinting or anointing cellular memory and the vacuum with love e-motion (evolutionary action).

The nature of Spirit is that it is infinitely free. When we become freedom-loving, compassionate and inclusive we stop taking things personally.

You may have noticed that these pitfalls are irritating. Cry

• Rote Morality vs. Universal Integrity—You will find also that people that have not risen above the consensus conditioning operate at a lower rule-based level of morality. The automaton is not sense-able to truth or reality, not empathetic enough to abide by the golden rule, nor do they have a feeling for fairness or sharing. Universal morality rises along with our humanity as we transcend social conditioning to discover our own unique individuality. The shift from the sleep of the programmed robot to self-ownership often involves a breakdown/breakthrough of the metanoic kind. Metanoia means changing one's mind, in the sense of embracing superior thoughts beyond those of a prior lower state. Metanoia is a remembering of the Unity or One, and a repentance and redemption from modes of separation...to come home to our larger Self.

Just saw Amelia...freaking excellent! This pitfall is for her.

• Lack of a Sense of Adventure and Play—The inability to engage in the life adventure as "play" is perhaps the second biggest impediment to sovereignty after self-hatred. In fact self-hatred is how we loose our sense of play, even when it appears that the world is beating it out of us. All parts of ourself are bought into the synthesis of Flow in play. We are synchronous with our environment, in the groove of happenstance and in the sovereign state while at play. The opposite of play is work or effort, and the antonyms of adventure are: avoidance, inaction, inactivity, inertia, latency, passiveness and sedentarism. If you want to know how far you have risen above the Borg to the sovereign state consider how much of your life is play. For the actualized human ones entire life, morning, noon and night would be experienced as divine play. Bummer, painted myself into a corner...while it is true I do consider my life-entire to be play...it sure an't adventurous or exciting as yet.

PS: Horsetail (ground in a coffee grinder) mixed 50:50 with yerba mate works great...it tastes better than mate alone.

mmm yes.. play.. play to me is spontaneous, improvising in the present, sometimes child-like. finding connections and viewpoints that make life more fun to be involved in.  the more serious a situation the more i can find and take it to a humorous level.  listening to Nassim you can hear he's having fun even when talking about something as complicated/simple as the origins and meaning of everything Smiley

Guys go more for a beeline in fun. Nassim is being supported in his fun-vocation.
Women tend to express martyrdom DNA...I'll have fun after I finish this work for you.
I have enormous talent for fun, but it hasn't been used for ten years...I am talking Bigfun. I have a fun job and my writing is fun, sleeping is about the most fun I have cause then I can dream of adventure. Cool
Well I admit, sleeping is grace...actually living life is harder.

GLOBAL CODEPENDENCY
The need to save the world—to heal, help and teach all sentient beings out of avoidance of ones own life—is a sign of dissociation and depersonalization trauma damage caused by patriarchal dynamics. In patriarchal dependency systems such as the average nuclear family—we are encouraged to give up our life in service in order to survive or be worthy and “loved.” Thus dysfunctional families breed selfless narcissists. Which sounds like a contradiction in terms, and yet narcissism is actually the self-hatred that emanates from the separation from the core sovereign self and cosmic connection. The world saving messianic drive is an immature attempt to gain self-respect and to ease the pain of separation, having not been taught to love oneself within the power-down rather than power-within social model. The world saving impulse is intimately tied to the Muse and élan vital, so engaging on the Great Quest is one way of reconnecting to the cosmos and the soul. Living the art of life in Divine Play is a mature response to “reconnecting” that allows us to give most deeply and rewardingly to humanity and Gaia. Thus as our awakening process deepens we are motivated more from en-joyment rather than from the need to fix the pain of the past. This being a natural progression, it offers hope that we will increasingly live lives at a higher order of being in which we do not have to suffer greatly in order to wake up.

You can't fix everything. For one thing, it's really hard to know all the side effects of any proposed fix. As I like to say, the Law of Unintended Consequences is the bastard child of Karma. The other thing is that it's presumptuous to take responsibility for a bunch of stuff over which we have little or no control, even if we think we know all the immanent consequences.

On the other hand, a detached attitude does allow windows of opportunity to open occasionally. These windows allow for gentle interventions that avoid the consumming obsessions and yet can have a significant effect on the circumstances. Timing is everything.

Thought, speech, or action born of pain tends to generate more of the same. This is the most important law to get in order to master the flipping trickster nature of reality. This is why the world saving codependent can never be satiated or completed by their apparent altruism. The paradox is, that we must first raise ourselves up to shift from being motivated by pain, to being motivated by love and en-joyment, in order to add syntropic value the world. This is the revolutionary act from which everything good, magic and lasting arises. Bliss…whether from romance, meditation, exercise and kundalini acts to remove pain and PTSD from the brain and bodymind. In this way we can biochemically mature from the crucifixion of the martyred saint to the mystic state of the Divine Play artist, healer and evolutionary.

Memories are produced by the action of long term potentiation as neurons fire synchronously, speeding and strengthening their impact. Anandamide or THC, indirectly causes the neuron's ion gates to open, forcing the neuron to go to resting potential whether or not it is supposed to be firing. As the neuron's firing is inhibited, long term potentiation is prevented and the memory fades. With the neurotransmitter anandamide this effect is used in “specific” areas to the brain's benefit. But the effect of THC is nonspecific, so all short term memory is impaired, plus THC is much longer lived than anandamide, making it's memory impairment effects last longer.

Forgetting the “reasons” to suffer is one of the psychological benefits of cannabis in managing acute disease, as well as the reduction in physical pain. However for healthy individuals that are simply trying to emerge from the cocoon of fear and loathing inherent in the Borg-state—methods of increasing endogenous anandamide and endorphin production and reducing cortisol would be a better way to go than pot smoking. This is so because pot reduces the masculine cognitive traits of focus, concentration, purposeful action, speed and strength of movement. So whereas anandamide could aid in the development from the sacrifice of the martyred world saver archetype—dope would tend to merely anaesthetize and reduce our precision, agency and effectiveness at improving the human condition.

The CB2 receptors in the uterine wall are about 100 times more common than CB1 receptors are in the brain, and concentrations are just as high in a developing embryo. Anandamide provides synchronization between the embryo and the uterus, and even helps select the embryo by whether it has the right concentrations of CB2 receptors. Mothers give their babies a booster shot of cannabinoids in mothers milk to give them the encourage feeding. You could say that we were conceived in bliss, and bliss ensured our continued embryonic growth, for if our ability to receive and generate anandamide was not great enough we would not have survived. This puts a new spin on the idea that we are fundamentally made of “love.”

The brain literally eats photons from the sun through the eyes, so sun gazing may be a principle method of anandamide production. As the endocannabinoids may be produced to protect the eyes and brain from solar radiation. No wonder ancient civilizations revered the sun as “God.” Certainly there are few activities as blissful, stress relieving and healing as sun gazing. Sun gazing aides in hormone regulation, satiety, fullness, wholeness and well-being. We begin to get a picture that anandamide is central to our sense of self-worth and our “validity,” that is our relationship to the cosmos itself. For as a ecstatic communication molecule anandamide clears the way for the beginning and the continued evolution of life.

Primordial awareness is achieved by forgetting everything but the present moment, thus we experience an intensification of the senses, a supersensoral realm of divine immediate scintillating perception. Because the sovereignty exercises such as Upright Walking, The Inner Candle and Attraction Meditation increase primordial awareness they no doubt increase anandamide. Which means that anandamide may be “the” principle neurotransmitter in the realization of the sovereign individual, true intimacy and mystic community.

Cannabinoids disable our moment-by-moment memory, allowing us to sense things as though for the first time, to "see deeper" and to revel in awe of the mystery. "Anandamide" has the effect of slowing the processing of peripheral data, relaxation and mild cognitive impairment. This acts to increase information filtering, thus allowing one to dive fully into the "now" moment. Subjective reflexivity is reduced, thereby allowing pure perception of the object, or as in Buddhism, the dropping of bodymind. No doubt any activity that produces beginner’s mind, Flow and the suspension of our second or neurotic nature produces and is produced by anandamide. Strong CB1 expression makes us flexible and open to change and novelty…to perhaps even crave it. There are profound ramifications on our optimum health for the cannabinoid system regulates our ability to peacefully adapt to and be open to change, to look forward and happily embracing the future.

Growth of new brain cells (neurogenesis) and heightened integration and communication are increased by exercise and cannabinoids. A new study published in the journal Nature finds that learning to juggle may cause certain areas of your brain to grow, either through an increase in cell production or by changes in the connections between cells. Jugglers had more grey matter in areas that process visual motion information. However, gains in grey matter disappeared after three months of stopping juggling. In other words, use it or lose it!

Obviously sex, bonding and intimate communication are major anandamide producers. Thus tantra you could say is a premium method of healing lack of sovereignty by dissolving the egoic armoring of the bodymind that constitutes neurosis and pathology, by exercising the neurological “forgetting” mechanisms given to us by nature. The neurotic divorce from nature, cosmos, soul and body is built upon countless thousands of years of sexual shaming, as a way to mold and control social behavior. Sexual shame is particularly potent because sexuality is such a vital aspect of how we define ourselves, making us even more susceptible to other aspects of social control, by breaking the pure expression of the pleasure drive. Sexual shaming was used for social control way prior to the rise of patriarchal religions...but was instituted most thoroughly when the Judeo–Christian movement organized their military-banking-property system and tried to wipe out the Neolithic gnostic-pagan Gaian wisdom traditions. The sovereignty, cosmic-tuning and liberation chemicals created in the process of sacred sexuality was in direct conflict with the social control mechanism of a parasitic and predatory rulership that was intent on terror, control and suppression rather than on the maturation and realization of the spirit of humanity. The results are the "armor" perfectly described as the foundations of material fascism in the works of Wilhelm Reich...and it is this armor that we are to throw off on our way to becoming sovereign citizens of a mystic civilization.

I have covered drugs and sex and try this for rock and roll...www.95bfm.co.nz/  hit the quicklink button.

Sovereignty is basically self-love through which we can love others without demeaning them or ourselves. It is a tall order, not sure whether one can survive in this world as a sovereign individual yet.

TRANSCENDING THE MATRIX
The Borg is basically suspended evolution by dehumanization, through compliance to inhuman cultural standards and values that lead to self-enslavement. The humanizing principle is the essence of evolution. Surrender to the evolutionary impulse involves upping our game beyond “the sleep of the given.” As we wake up to the evolutionary impulse we encompass greater freedom, greater choice and greater humanity. The conformist Borg is not real, sincere or genuine—it is only pretending to be human. The substitute self with its false will and self-hating criticism prevents development through the lack of benevolent self-analysis and improvement. The unreal self cannot make real compassionate choices, nor establish healthy priorities and humanistic reality. The bottom line on the issue of sovereignty is that recriminating self-rejection is antithetical to the neurological integration necessary to build the core benevolent inner-parent that is our final self-determinate authority. Without a loving inner pilot we cannot stand up to caustic inner and outer chastisement and criticism in order to build a harmonious coherent Self.

Self-acceptance breeds the self-assertion and self-assurance that prevents the repulsion or removal of consciousness, which constitutes the fragmented self-abandoned state of the Borg. Such self-loyalty is anti-projective, antiphobic, anti-defensive and anti-neurotic. This substantiation prevents the huge loss of time and energy spent in the various defense mechanisms such as numbing, dichotomizing, double binding, paralysis and self-sacrifice. When we are grounded in the feeling of own inner harmony we are free from the need to conform, comply or cower, and from the need to gain power over others.

Relating from “whole person” rather than the cocoon or Borg is ultimately more respectful of sovereign rights and human dignity, thereby preserving personal wellness boundaries. Our choices, decisions and actions are no longer based on a neurotic need for identity, reassurance and illusionary fulfillment. We are free to do that which his motivated from true desire and healthy spontaneity. Only through coming alive to fully embody the harmonious cascade of energy that constitutes our soul, can we Know Thyself, and be intimate with the substance of our Self. As we become more real the “disease process” of inner tyranny, despotism and life-negation leaves and the “health process” of spontaneity and the bliss of unity increases. To be “real” is to give ourselves license to BE, rather than be a marionette to outside forces. Grace is the essence of spontaneous aliveness that is attuned to the evolutionary impulse.

“I am that I am”…rejuvenates the body, restores and strengthens health, amplifies psychic abilities, increases feelings of bliss and harmony, dissolves emotional resistances and reveals an authentic life path. No pleasure is comparable to the grounding feeling of harmony of the Self.

“Loyalty means care and kindness at all times, and particularly when they are needed to reduce the pain of difficult times. I never, absolutely never, side with anyone who is against my welfare. I aid nobody who detracts from my dignity, who makes me fell less than human either through subhuman onslaughts or superhuman demands. I fight or avoid people whose effect is ultimately destructive to my validity as a person, who in anyway dilute my ability to take myself seriously…I never abdicate on the chance to tune in on myself and my needs in favor of glorious martyrdom or in futile gestures of self-destructive sacrifice.” 149-151, Compassion and Self-Hate: An Alternative To Despair, Theodore Isaac Rubin, M.D.

If the human evolution is towards increased freedom, choice, bliss, agency and efficacy…then boredom is clearly a sign of the degenerative process of the Borg. There is no need for boredom in an unlimited world. You just have to choose your wave and ride it with enthusiasm. Take a lesson from the movies - A Brave New World, 1984, and Equilibrium (2002) with Chris Bale...you will see that only the non-sovereign slave medicates in order to "fit in" with a dysfunctional system. Better to change oneself, and find a more cosmically aligned way of life...for we have unlimited freedom to do so and only we stand in our way.

SELF-ABANDONMENT ~ The Human Problem

Self-hatred = compulsive suffering and self-torture having been taught to love ourselves conditionally on the grounds of contribution or utility to those we are bound to. This generates a sense of loss of a self-center, or a self-abandonment that is ultimately depleting and destructive…and fails to uplift the collective good, no matter how hard we spin our wheels in an effort to relieve the condition, without being aware of its cause. The double bind of hopeless service extended for conditional love is one of the main lessons of the age that we are having to deal with and grow out of to more evolutionary healthy patterns. Those without sovereignty are caught transfixed between an overwhelming compulsive urge to heal, help, fix, teach and save others, while simultaneously subconsciously knowing the futility of doing so and even feeling that one will be hated for ones so called selfless service. The premonition of rejection is there because our compulsive world-saving campaign is founded on the deprivation state of self-abandonment.

The defensive ego that has been unskillfully trying to preserve our sense of self against others claims and infringements on our life, becomes the very cage that keeps us from our Self and prevents our being response-able for our own life. Composed of our resistance to not having our sovereignty affirmed we are cut off from our true nature and cosmic feeling self or spirit. We then try to “make contact” and be included through ineffectual attempts to heal, help, fix, teach and save others. That is our lack of center makes us compulsively extend responsibility for the outer world through cues for action that are coming at us. But because we don’t have a strong sense of self-worth and self-love we find it hard to turn our conscious attention back onto ourselves in order to generate mature cues and motivation to self-responsible action. In trying to name this condition we could call it codependency, but this tends to stop the inquiry at addiction, enabling and dysfunctional families. Whereas in actual fact human society in general is in this dissipative mode until sovereignty is established and dharma is derived from the core self and not from karma.

Pre-sovereign dharma is a scattered amorphic over responsibility that constitutes a guilt ridden need to rescue and enable others in our life in order to patch together a sense of self and self worth. This under-prioritization dismantles the natural hierarchy of the macrocosm and microcosm and subverts the individuals relationship with themselves and the universe at large. If through unawares the individual is culturally prevented from developing their core self and authentic motivating force (the Muse), then we have a society of under-actualized enablers racing around trying to get enough strokes to compose an identity and feel like their lives have meaning and purpose. By taking on too much responsibility for our others, even by holding the subconscious hope that we might save them, they fail to develop appropriate self-responsibility. The best thing we can do for people is to affirm their inner resourcefulness, sovereignty, unique potential and their power to responsibly engage their life. But we cannot even do this much if we ourselves have not yet claimed our little center of the universe for ourselves.

At this time of great change we must actively and mindfully shape our contacts with other people to make this crucial turn on the spiral of rising consciousness. We must explore new avenues of cooperation founded on sharing the truly awesome gifts of sovereignty born of aligning with cosmogenius and bringing forth all that we are. If we don’t care enough about ourselves to listen to our own soul and tend our personal self-system, then all we do is continue the entropic culture that is counter to the humanizing principle and evolution.

Self-hatred = compulsive suffering and self-torture

There is no such thing as self-hate or self-pity. There is only the absence of self-love and self-respect. Just like there is no such thing as ‘coldness’ - only the absence of heat. This is only important in the sense of what to focus on. If we feel cold, we don’t try to banish coldness, rather we need to focus on obtaining and conserving heat. What are the properties of heat? how is it generated? etc. No sense in describing the properties of coldness because there is only one; the absence of heat.

In similar way, there is no sense in dwelling on the properties of self-pity and self-hate. The real question is; how do we obtain, nurture and sustain self-love and self-respect?

I am not dwelling I am writing a book damnit. Cry

The loving thing is a piece of cake, you just get out of your head and into your heart. ROFL

But because we have been overly engaged in pre-sovereign non-self-loving behavior as a cultural tradition since the species was conceived, we have to talk about how we screw ourselves and each other over...and establish that baboon politic conversation along with the solutions and the inspiring insights.  Lips Sealed

Here is the jist of it: When love is conditional a defensive shell personality is built which bottles and contorts the force of spirit and prevents individuation. But I don’t mean to imply that there has been an ongoing conspiracy against the emergence of the sovereign individual. Rather it is just that we haven’t consciously focused on it and applied ourselves to it yet as we were still too busy with food, fucking and fighting. I am sure you know of people, perhaps your own parents, that forfeited their own interests and development for the sake of the family. We must always deeply honor and respect the enormous suffering and sacrifice of those in the past whose struggles have given us both the learning experience and the opportunity to explore our higher purpose and drive toward actualization. We own it to them to do so, so that their pain may not be in vain for any gains we make toward sovereignty are seeded into the collective common-well. Through the drive for spiritual freedom of all those who have gone before us we now have the potential to build a Sovereign Society. We survived the last 6 million years due to our capacity to evolve adaptations to environmental changes via cultural traditions. We can now begin a cultural tradition of evolving sovereignty and basing all our “systems” upon the hub of the inalienable right to the florishing of Self. When we do this much of that which is life-negating, dysfunctional and “evil” in our human world will be resolved and the will to life will not be set against, but nurtured in the deepest sense.
