Very beautiful photo Steven, thanks for that. A truly handsome couple you are...

http://www.youtube.com/v/pXtr-iTqMEE

I caught sight of my reflection
I caught it in the window
I saw the darkness in my heart
I saw the signs of my undoing
They had been there from the start
And the darkness still has work to do
The knotted chord's untying
They're heated and they're holy
Oh they're sitting there on high
So secure with everything they're buying

{Chorus:}
In the blood of Eden
Lie the woman and the man
With the man in the woman
And the woman in the man
In the blood of Eden
Lie the woman and the man
We wanted the union
Oh the union of the woman
The woman and the man

My grip is surely slipping
I think I've lost my hold
Yes, I think I've lost my hold
I cannot get insurance anymore
They don't take credit, only gold
Is that a dagger or a crucifix I see
You hold so tightly in your hand
And all the while the distance grows between you and me
I do not understand

[Chorus]

At my request, you take me in
In that tenderness, I am floating away
No certainty, nothing to rely on
Holding still for a moment
What a moment this is
Oh for a moment of forgetting, a moment of bliss
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I can hear the distant thunder
Of a million unheard souls
Of a million unheard souls
Watch each one reach for creature comfort
For the filling of their holes

In the blood of Eden
Lie the woman and the man
With the man in the woman
And the woman in the man
In the blood of Eden
We wanted the union
Of the woman and the man

In the blood of Eden
Lie the woman and the man
I feel the man in the woman
And the woman in the man

In the blood of Eden
Lie the woman and the man
I feel the man in the woman
And the woman in the man

In the blood of Eden
We've done everything we can
In the blood of Eden
Saw the end as we began
With the man in the woman
And the woman in the man
It was all for the union
Oh, the union of the woman, the woman and the man.

The blood of eden keeps running through me
running through my veins
the blood of eden keeps rushing through me
when I'm sure there's none that remains
the blood of eden keeps running through me
I can feel it in my bones
that blood of eden keeps rushing through me
taking back what it owns

Well I haven't had any rum and when I saw it, I thought "Good God, what a beautiful woman" too.

There was a feral wild cat
who wouldn´t be still on her mat
The eggnog she hit
her pretty eyes lit
And compliments sprung from her hat.

My first limerick ever.

There once was a wild Greek goddess
Whose man in a rum scented nod-ess
Felt it his duty
To display her beauty
In her orange caving bodice

There once was an integral forum
Where humor and wit broke decorum
IN grew pathetic
and peripatetic
But Heartminders try not to bore 'em

A young man who tried to awake
Accidentally awakened the snake
It rose up his spine
He started to whine
"I do nothing but shake and bake!"

With chakras all going astray
The serpent resumes it's foray
The snake intertwines
and kriyas refine
Another damned kunda-replay

There once was Enrique the good
Who hid from his friends all he could
Till he joined the Heartminders
After I.N. posting shyness
And LOL! he stuck out from his hood.

"There once was a bandit named Henry...."

There once was a bandit named Henry
Who certainly was gentlemanly
He broke into houses
As quiet as mouses
Without riling the citizenry

Don't lose any sleep Henryji. Your pithy wisdom statements are in a class by themselves. Limerick ability is more like brain disease than a gift. Thank your lucky stars you haven't been afflicted.

Bruce Cockburn

Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand

I've got planets in my palm -- there's a red smear on the sky
a star has just exploded somewhere behind my eyes
in the dead of night the city seems to break down into tribes
you stare at too much concrete -- you forget the earth's alive.

Young men see visions and old men dream dreams
see them pluck bright pebbles out of circles in the stream
life's not always like they tell you in the fashion magazines
when i set eyes on wonders, i've got to wonder what they mean.

Outside in the starshine you can see beyond the wall
so take a look and tell me, can you hear those black holes call?
everything is thunder under the celestial waterfall
you get close enough to real things -- you don't need your self at all.
