The destroy, exploiter, shame/blame aspects of culture are reflected in our Sky God monotheistic religions and ancient punitive authoritarian control systems that continue to linger into the 21st Century.
It is these primitive modes of culture that are suspending the evolution of our brain and generating such dysfunction that we are in danger of losing our humanity altogether. The solution to the dominant/submission model is not to gather together as masochists, but to deeply heal ourselves of our masochism and submission so that we may rise up in our joint sovereignty thereby no longer encouraging predatory, exploitative leaders and institutions. Each of us has a role to play in the healing of the human species such that we can become true stewards of the earth, rather than its destroyer.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-tian-dayton/codependency-pt-2-an-inco_b_245107.html  —Codependency Pt 2: An Incomplete Sense of Self

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-tian-dayton/the-biology-of-codependen_b_225660.html  — The Biology of Codependency

Clinical Psychologist Dr. Tian Dayton is the author of Emotional Sobriety: From Relationship Trauma to Resilience and Balance and numerous other books and articles.  Dr. Dayton has done wonderful work on the biology of codependency in pointing out that this dysfunctional family system is due to a process of de-selfing. It is our prefrontal cortex, the thinking brain, that constructs our sense of self moment by moment by making sense out of our experience then synthesizing and incorporating new learning into our ever evolving sense of self. For a conscious sense of self, we need to be able to use our thinking minds to decode an ongoing barrage of complex sensory information. When we get scared, our left brain - the language hemisphere, becomes overwhelmed and shuts down, while the emotional scanning system in our right brain becomes overactive.

When there is threat, dysfunction, distress or weirdness in a family the thinking brain is regularly shut down out of fear and social stress, and so our ability to synthesize and consolidate a sense of self is reduced. The child’s reality cannot be validated in dysfunctional homes in which there is no safe place to share their fear, and so their sense of self is not affirmed, stabilized and developed. Codependents tend to have an insecure sense of self, unsure of their own minds. Codependence have never found their center as they put other people's needs before their own and identify their own feelings in other people rather than themselves, and so lose the sense of what they think, need and want.

It paradoxically the relaxing neurotransmitter serotonin that helps us to feel close and connected as well as to set boundaries. Dr. Dayton points out that personal boundaries grow quite naturally out of a healthy attachment between a growing child and a parent. But when the caregiver exhibits distorted, unregulated, and out-of-balance thinking the parent-child bond is fraught with fear, and the child becomes focused on performing for the parent rather than for themselves. When kids are in a constant anxious hypervigilant state and cannot relax around their parents they don’t experience their emotions as their own for it may not have been safe to own their own feelings, and so they fail understand themselves. Instead they engage in strategies for pleasing or placating their parents rather than exploring their own reactions. Furthermore children of codependent families fail to learn good relationship skills, like balancing self-needs with those of others, compromising, negotiating, expressing distress and asking others for help.

In an awesome insight into the human condition Dr. Dayton found that this anticipatory preoccupation with parental moods can lead to sibling competition because the primary focus becomes reading and placating the parents' emotional states, rather than interacting freely as a family. Thus the relational pattern is hierarchical rather than a lateral network. This is a surefire recipe for codependency as constant hypervigilant preoccupation with the moods of the parents blurs personal boundaries such that we lose differentiation between what we're feeling and what those around us are feeling. Such toxic empathetic de-selfing and consequent reduction in normal prefrontal cortex development, means that our sense of self-worth and self-esteem is biologically tied to pleasing others. Others, I might add, that are not even conducive to the realization of our true sense of being human. Families in which there is emotional or physical abuse, addiction or mental illness, thus lead to a incomplete process of building an independent and autonomous sense of self.  Correcting this neurological, emotional and relational damage is therefore essential to establishing the sovereign self. www.tiandayton.com/

Would you say that human civilization-total is still largely overtly or covertly aggressive and competitive?

Robert W. Sussman, Ph.D. found that aggressive behavior such as fighting or competing in primates is usually less than 1% of their day and that altruism and affiliation may be much more important as an organizing factor in primate social interactions. Yet on many levels right up to nation states Darwinian survival is presupposed to define human behavior through elements of aggression, norms, and provocation. Etiologically because en masse humans have not yet evolved beyond a chronic competitive, aggressive social style, we may be predisposed towards submission and low serotonin levels by our genetics, as a guard against conflict and to avoid challenging higher-ranking individuals. However now that the threat of physical violence has largely abated this avoidant-depressive state may no longer be adaptive in the complex world in which we live. The subconscious inhibition induced by the presence of higher rank may instead lead to a chronic state of profound lethargy, which is subjectively experienced as a state of learned helplessness. Mood states function to direct us toward survival-enhancing patterns of behavior in which “success” produces elevated serotonin levels, euphoria and high levels of energy by which we can utilize a sudden flood of resources.

This is as far as I can go with a sovereign culture right now...its so fricking different it is hard to picture other than in an ephemeral sense. And so we must work on building up the sovereignty of each individual...healing the sexes, classes, races and the other isms...and build up our visionary capacities to see how to get there from here.

Holistic Systems Orculture
As the human species awakens we are moving from a culture of fear to a culture of love. As the left brained patriarchal-hierarchal focus on technological advancement swung the mental pendulum toward the Cartesian reductionism and the mechanistic, material universe, we lost our sense of connectedness to nature, cosmos and the sacred order. Now our physical, mental and emotional pain and the eminent danger of losing our soul, is waking us up to the fact that we have gone as far as we can in that imbalanced direction without wholesale systems failure. A new cosmology is emerging from the sacred geometry GUT, quantum and hadronic mechanics and Unified Field Theory and we are swinging our collective lens back to a more right brained understanding of the universe. Through the matriarchal-affiliative view we see the Universe as an interconnected, nonlocal whole and an undivided circle of manifestation. Even time itself is losing its linear grip.

This feminine feltsense of the nonlinear unity of all things will infiltrate all aspects of human thought and culture…if only because it is so pleasurable to do so. For division and separation without an equal unifying connecting force is spiritually painful as it bereaves the heart. It is through this great return to circle-culture that we will save ourselves from the brink of destruction and bring about a better world for all species.
Not “matter” but “Spirit” or intelligent energy fields is the a priori causal force of cosmogenesis. We are healing the human species through correcting our thought by whole brain consciousness, through compassionate intention and heart intelligence. As Homo sapiens awakens our technology will work with nature instead of against her…and we will discover what truly miraculous creatures we are, and what an awe inspiring enchanted universe it really is.

Thus agency and achievement on the one hand and gratification of affiliative needs (social hunger) on the other need to be given equal status to balance human social systems into a Orculture, organized or ordered as an orb or circle…an interconnected whole. Research into the problem of stress, coping, and anxiety has lead to a renewed appreciation of cooperation, communalism, and altruism. Chiastic structure (ring structure) is a literary term used in ancient literatures including epic poetry for inverted parallelism. We can apply the principles of music, sympathetic vibration, phi, sacred geometry along with our knowledge of the neuroscience of stress to create a society in which humans can flourish in the deepest sense of being human.

Increased awareness of the consequences of our actions and the quickening impact of the coming ecological crisis will bring on a huge expansion in our subtle-mystical understanding of nature. This will be reflected in a deepening of the Human Kosmos and a profound actualization/liberation of the soul of the individual.

The only real security is our sovereign connection to the cosmos.

"yes it must start with the individual, where the foundation of the holographic universe begins. it has always been the responsibility of the individual to BE the change, it couldn't be any other way."

Yes, but the incideous powers of en-docrination and enforced compliance in the power status quo are daily reminders that we must turn inside in order to transcend the limitations that dominant/submissive culture imposes on us. We take a giant inner leap for all mankind into the source field to be reborn and remade in a cosmic rather than cult-ural image. Since few are doing this work-play, we go it alone...but we must do so regardless in order to recover our soul, and eventually unit with other sovereign individuals to build the new communities.

Medieval-magic-metaphysics, superstition and paranoia are right brain amygdala based ways of perceiving that are inferior to even rational-adaptive cognition. It is unlikely we will revert to that unless we stagnate so long at the evolutionary cocktail lounge that we regress rather than progress in our humanity.

To be sovereign is to be proactive rather than reactive and this requires actually building up the function of the prefrontal lobes to "shepherd" the amygdala. The prefrontal lobes  are the shepherd's watch box. In order to transcend fear in the surrounding social conditions and global media we need to keep returning the mind's eye to the uraeus and mindfully send unconditional calming frequencies to reduce fear, pain or constriction in the body.

Tonight I will give you info on how melatonin conservation leads to visionary and revelatory chemistry of DMT and that this lights up the prefrontal lobes in higher order transcendental dreams and visions which give information necessary for building visionary or mystic community, subtle technology and biomimic design aesthetic.

to affect the outer world we must change our inner world (taking that leap into "innerspace") and to affect the interior we need to live in the exterior (caring about others). while it seems paradoxical it is part of the make-up of the mobius-like relationship of the inner/outer dimensions that in reality make up the whole.

we keep hearing/using the term SHIFT for this process. can anyone define it? i've been pondering that for a while and after a while it becomes like a koan and at the same time it loses all it's meaning.

Hi Henry BananaDance

Regarding mind over matter— instead of imagining our wishes fulfilled to trying to control others or events...the sovereign simply "turns their focus inward to the uraeus-heart connection and in calming ones vibratory state to maximum coherence...the key to even doing this though is full health and energy. We know our health or wholeness is to a large extent determined by the epigenetic influence of our environment on our gene expression. The beliefs and attitudes of our internal experience and the sensory, interpretive experience of our outer experience directly relate to our survival and thrival fitness.

Perhaps the principle sequence of spiritual biochemistry, as described by Mantak Chia and Rick Strassman, is the conversion of the neurohormones: serotonin to melatonin, then on to 5-Me)-DMT and DMT. In normal daily consciousness the serotonin is quickly broken down by the enzyme MAO, thus inactivating serotonin and stopping its conversion to the spirit molecules. In the darkness of night melatonin is produced which slows down the body to receive subtler consciousness…slower frequencies with far greater embedded information. Then in dreaming DMT and other tryptomines are involved in stimulating the dreams themselves, by igniting the Prefrontal Cortex, limbic system and other brain areas. DMT may also be involved in continuity of consciousness in meditation practitioners capable of being lucid while in deep Delta wave. Conversely DMT may be implicate din those individuals capable of carrying Delta and Theta wave into waking consciousness.

What this implies is that if we embody victim or subordinate consciousness (ie: low status chemistry) we will be producing inadequate serotonin to remain calm and anxiety free…but more significantly we will be undermining the supply of spirit molecules. Thus our soul connection—dreams, visions, revelations, imagination, bionavigation and gnosis—will be reduced, making it virtually impossible to ascend beyond the low status state. Since the external world will directly react with aggression, revulsion or indifference to the weak energy of the subordinate, there is an fatalistic feedback loop between us and the external world that keeps us perpetually in the presovereign victim position. In this enfeebled state we abort our power to determine who we are and our efficacy to manifest our own destiny. This is the embedded pre-conscious dilemma of those who fall through life reactively, unable to claim the reigns to their own fate and become who they are.

We see therefore, in order to be something more than mere reactions to the given we must root our sense of being in the transcendental chemistry through which our daily temporal self is in-formed and informed. From this understanding it becomes obvious that the pyramid model of a few rulers governing large masses of stressed out “subjects” kept wanting for the illuminating birthright of their own spiritual chemistry is plainly immoral under universal law. Plus it is a huge waste of the most valuable resource humanity has…the imaginative genius and cosmic connection of each individual. In an enlightened society we should not have to fight to be our true Self.

Through relaxing out of the hypervigilant waking ignorance of the Borg condition that we create the epigenetic and vibrational conditions that support the creation of the spirit molecules. It is then that we literally turn on the headlights of the human species so that we can create a transcendent future through beneficent means.

The readily verifiable thesis is that we reconnect to source by inhibiting MAO so that sufficient serotonin can convert to melatonin and then to 5-Me)-DMT and DMT. MAO is inhibited by the body’s own harmine, harmaline and pinoline molecules secreted by the pineal gland. Thus through nutrition, meditation, darkness retreats, intention, exercise, toning, visual beauty saturation, sungazing and MAO inhibiting plant substances, we can start to get a grip on our spiritual stature in the material world. Thereby giving ourselves license to show up and be our Self.

Through the spiritual molecules we open up our consciouness to 40% more cortical activity, resulting in far greater lucid self-awareness and perception of the Unified Self. The perception, preservation and protection of the Unified Self is achieved by the self/Self making process and superconducting intelligence of the immune system. Melatonin is the youthifying antioxidant par excellence, which stimulates powerful stem cells in the bone marrow to provide immune cells and regenerating body cells.

Through transcendental chemistry we open the conscious all seeing eye and are born again to revel in unity, rather than drown in ignore-ance and separation. Each of us is the leader of the age should we choose to de-repress. Thus the sovereign focuses on melatonin conservation to promote the visionary and revelatory chemistry of DMT and that the prefrontal cortex lights up and quickens bringing a otherworldly transcendental dreams and visions with which to receive the information necessary for building visionary or mystic community, subtle technology and biomimic design aesthetic.

Sovereignty is the only real security there is. So when we fail to build our cosmic connection by positive proactive means, we use unconscious and unskillful methods to try and achieve a sense of power. Prefrontal cortex development brings the self-awareness to Know Thyself—that is a self-possession, witnessing, vision and stewardship that allow us to transcend the automatic animal predator/prey chemistry of our primate wiring. By expanding consciousness into the higher circuits we no longer engage in the lower distorted forms of energy generation whether as individuals or groups: subversion, parasitism, sabotage, thieving, direct conflict (war) or other forms of violence. These forms of spiritual cannibalism are underhanded methods of prompting the stimulating amphetamine-like reward chemistry. But we can only do so when we are so unintegrated and disconnected that we lack the empathy to feel the universal consequences of our actions and intentions.

Thus we see that the addictive-delinquent side of human or animal behavior comes from a sense of powerlessness through the lack of higher processing levels in the Prefrontal Cortex. This is largely an education and upbringing problem caused by the authoritarian punitive structures of our society itself, which suppress the higher cortical development of individuals rather than evolving it through humanizing understanding, guardianship and example. As we integrate the God, Animal and Man in us we overcome the inherent destabilizing traits of our composite being and enter a higher unification by which we gain true and lasting power, security and freedom from loss and fear. Freedom from the deeply embedded patterns of own undermining chemistry, to realize we have the power of choice to create the changes that allow us to create happiness, joy, peace and grace of our lives.

Love enhances brain circuits and neurogenesis with increased dopamine, serotonin, estrogen, testosterone, oxytocin, vasopressin, anandamide and endorphins. This provides a positive biochemical reward for successful social bonding and sex, along with the associated stress reduction. The opposite chemistry to this induces closure, exclusion, rejection, abandonment, dissociation, competition, scarcity, defense, isolation and stress. This is why betrayal by a parent is particularly damaging to a child because the biochemistry for love and togetherness gets contorted and conflicted by the need for protection and defense from the parental figure. Whereas caretakers in a healthy society should be installing in the child the potential for healthy bonding...for love is the primary human need after food and shelter. One can easily see how breaking the basic trust of a child could lead to a lifetime of unhealthy and unsatisfying relationships through damage to the neurology of the pleasure/motivation drive itself.

Overcoming this damage done by untrustworthy, abusive, absent, neglectful, codependent or addicted parents is the foundation of the healing work in awakening sovereignty. For we cannot become our Self if we have not died to the old parental programs and come under the stewardship of our own higher guidance...the capacity for compassionate grokking. Through developing the power of the PFC/Heart connection we have the Presence to repattern the feelings and emotions of our thoughtfield. In this unveiling we draw from our primordial blueprint prior to conditioning/memory of this life, to repattern ourself with good/God information. The sovereign self is the ab-original bodymind free from the scrambled information of dis-ease, and revelled in the temple of the soul beyond time and space. This is the deeper darker work essential to awakening sovereignty, which almost certainly requires fasting, but doesn't necessarily have to be difficult if it is done carefully and with joy, surrender and serenity. (See The Fasting Path by Stephen Harrod Buhner)

Once we are free of the old dis-eased vibratory states and suffering flesh there is no need to even forgive...because when freed of the pain of dis-ease we realize the continuum of mental and emotional illness is caused by the general ignore-ance of personal sovereignty and by claiming our own we become free. Through our own unique divinity we help humanity come that much closer to the full realization of being human. As each of us recovers our deep humanity by developing our sovereignty, we help return Homo sapiens back to its noble state and heal the human condition.

We have to have a foot in many worlds at present. In the old world as it crumbles, while stepping out into the new unknown. Stepping into ourselves as never before, and out into a global multificity so complex it defies description. Being human has never been easier and never been harder...such is the response-ability that arises as we forever awaken...the known falling away to reveal the mystery.

Besides demineralization itself, perhaps one of the main reasons for the Fall since the end of the last ice age is the reduction in Omega-3 in the diet since the advent of agriculture.

OMEGA-3 AND HUMAN EVOLUTION
All solid matter is made up of atomic particles arranged in a specific organized crystalline structure, called a “lattice.” The human body is a dynamic, liquid crystalline continuum that acts as a resonator and transducer of electromagnetic energies. DNA and cells emit biophotons with which they communicate instantly with every other part through the dynamic, resonant, responsive liquid crystalline medium of the body. To be sovereign we need to have the ideal molecular structure with which to receive and express Spirit. To achieve this we need a transanthropogenic view of our condition as an ancient primate species on a badly managed exhausted planet and figure out what we are missing for the optimum functioning of our genotype.

Animal life first originated in the sea, where there was an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids. Then omega-6 fatty acid was introduced when flowering plants appeared on land. Hominid’s big brain change happened only in the last 200,000 years or so, apparently due to the brain-building fats, such as the omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The theory goes that early humans who lived near water sources and ate seafood experienced the big brain change, while inland the Australopithecines did not have access to the seafood omega-3 EFAs and so their brain capacity never grew larger than a chimpanzee for three million years. Also Neanderthals ate mostly red meat from large animals, while 10-50% of the protein in the diet of early modern humans was from seafood. The diet of our hunter/gatherer ancestors for more than 2 million years consisted of a mix of Omega-3 rich wild game, seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables, with little or no grains. Generally, Homo sapiens health begins to deteriorate with the rise of agriculture when cereals provide a substantial bulk of the daily caloric intake and the fatty acid ratio shifted to an excess of omega-6.

A healthy brain is has a ratio of 1:1 omega-6 to omega-3…such a ratio existed for most of humanity's evolution prior to agriculture. However this ratio in western diets now averages about 12:1 and can have at least twenty times more omega-6 fats (from farmed meat and dairy) than omega-3. Plus the brain's ability to assemble these fatty acids can be compromised by stress, infections, alcohol, excess sugar, hormone loss, inflammation, vitamin or mineral deficiencies and heavy metals – factors common today. Except for certain types of fish, the Standard American Diet is almost devoid of Omega-3's, leading to wide spread Omega-3 deficiency with diverse and devastating health problems including: hyperactivity, learning disorders, behavioral problems, dyslexia, violence, depression, memory problems, weight gain, cancer, heart disease, eczema, allergies, inflammatory diseases, arthritis  and diabetes. An imbalance of fatty acids may be linked to hostility, aggression, brain allergies, schizophrenia and neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Since agriculture began we generally no longer providing the structural fats needed to build the optimum human brain.

The membranes of neurons are composed of a thin double-layer of fatty acid molecules. Covering this membrane the protective myelin sheath is composed of 30% protein and 70% fat. One of the most common fatty acids in myelin is monosaturated oleic acid. Oleic acid is the most abundant fatty acid in human milk and is the main fat of olive, almonds, pecans, macadamias, peanuts, and avocados. Human and animal studies show that nutrition has a big influence on myelination, and the electrical conductivity of the neurons. Dysfunction in the myelin of nerve fibers causes the interruption of smooth delivery of information.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a major fatty acid in sperm, brain phospholipids, and in the retina, and is present in every cell in the body, especially prominent in the cell membranes. DHA is an omega-3 essential fatty acid which cannot be manufactured in our body and must be obtained daily through our diet. The human brain is composed of more than 60% structural fat and 50% of that is DHA, so it is the most important fatty acid in the human brain.  Low levels of DHA cause reduction of brain serotonin levels and have been associated with ADHD, Alzheimer's disease and depression. Loss in DHA levels in brain cell membranes correlates to a decline in structural and functional integrity of this tissue. Also, the oxidative damage that comes with age causes a decline in membrane DHA concentrations, and with it, cognitive impairment, and so with aging there is an increased demand for unsaturated fatty acids. The delicate neural synapses and dopamine and serotonin receptors are composed of DHA Omega-3 fatty acid. The amount of Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet determines the number of synaptic vesicles in your neurons, and your ability to learn. Low plasma concentrations of DHA predict low serotonin turnover. Omega-3 was found to increase serotonin receptors in the prefrontal cortex compared to dopamine...thus making for a calmer personality and possible greater impulse control.

Brain cells achieve their flexibility to function properly by a maintaining a balance of different types of fatty acids in the cell membrane. The structural flexibility and fluid-like properties of cell membranes is due to fatty acids having a curved molecular shape. However if these molecules are heated for long periods – as in deep frying – they mutate into a straighter, narrower shape making them pack more tightly together. Thus when these misshapen fats are incorporated into the cell membrane it becomes saturated, rigid, less flexible and unable to function properly. Of principle importance to the dehumanization of the species are these altered "trans-fatty acids," found in fried foods and hydrogenated oil that disrupt communication in the brain by altering and weakening its architectural structure, and setting the stage for cellular degeneration and cognitive impairment and the inflammatory brain conditions associated with ageing and neurodegenerative disorders.

Cell hydration is important to youth and the key to good hydration is healthy cell membranes. Efficient blood flow throughout the brain is necessary to the evolution of higher intelligence – to keep brain cells from overheating. Trans fats reduce the elasticity of the blood vessels inhibiting their dilation, and lower (good) HDL-cholesterol.

A diet low in DHA may result in these man-made trans-fats being used as construction material instead. And since these trans-fats are straight while DHA is curved, the dopamine and serotonin receptors become deformed and fail to work well. Over time you could wind up with problems like depression, low concentration, cognitive disorders like ADDH, as well as behavior problems.  This structural brain fat deficiency is most severe for a child whose brain is still developing. Furthermore, when the diet is already deficient in omega-3 then the incorporation of trans fats was apparently doubled. What is worse is that when we eat man-made trans-fats, saturated fats and Omega-6 fatty acids they interfere which our body's attempt to utilize the tiny amount of Omega-3 fats that it gets. This imbalance can be corrected by eating more omega-3-rich fish and flax seed oil, by avoiding sugar, and by eliminating cooked/processed fats altogether. Instead get your fatty acids from the raw fresh nuts and seeds, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, along with possibly flaxseed oil, hemp oil and coconut oil.

Omega-6 and omega-3 fats are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are precursors to a very important class of cell signaling molecules called eicosanoids, which have a hand in virtually every bodily process. So the ratio of these fats in the body has a huge influence on metabolism considering that the omega-6 eicosanoids tend to be more inflammatory. The grossly lop-sided levels of omega-6 in the diet is considered a major contributing factor to inflammation and degenerative disease. The “bad” eicosanoids that cause inflammation, are created from arachidonic acid when we consume high levels of Omega-6 linoleic acid from vegetable oils such as corn, soy, safflower and sunflower. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids compete with each other to regulate metabolism in order to maintain homeostatic balance. By eating fish and/or using favorable vegetable oils and taking supplements, while reducing omega-6 rich foods, we can lower production of eicosanoids. We avoid producing arachidonic acid by ingesting less linoleic acid and, instead, load the membranes with phospholipids derived from omega-3 fatty acids, so that less arachidonic acid is produced during inflammation.

Common herbs and spices that halt the conversion to the “bad” eicosanoids include: Angelica root, Boswellic acid, Berberine, Dong quai, Ashitaba, Turmeric, Basil, Ginger, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Cardamom, Cilantro, Cloves, Curcumin, Garlic, Parsley, Licorice, Neem, Echinacea, Chamomile Green tea. Vitamins pro-A, A, C, E, B-2, B-3, B-6, pantothenic acid, B-12 biotin and the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, sulfur and zinc are all involved in essential fatty acid (EFA) metabolism. Sesame seed has strong vitamin E activity, protects the liver from damage, normalizes blood fats and blood pressure and regulates autoimmune function, by regulating eicosanoids that cause inflammation, clotting and other immune imbalances.

•Omega-3 Sources:

Fish Oil usually contains about 12% DHA already. Xtend-Life Natural Products use Hoki, a deep sea fish naturally high in DHA, from the pristine Southern Ocean off the coast of New Zealand. Omega-3 fish oils exhibit profound anti-aging effects in combination with calorie restriction. Cold water fish such as mackerel, herrings, sardines, trout and salmon, are rich in two different kinds of omega-3 fats – as are , sea vegetables, spirulina and other algae. Dr. Mercola recommend both the Fresh Shores Antarctic Krill Oil and the Carlson's brand of Krill Oil. Krill oil is better than fish oil, because the high levels of natural antioxidants (astaxanthin and canthaxanthin) in Krill prevent the oil from becoming rancid. When taking fish oil supplements you need to prevent oxidation of these delicate fats in the body by taking fat-soluble antioxidants like vitamin E, Ecklonia cava, Beta-carotene, Ascorbyl palmitate.

Ground flax seed contains Omega-3's but does not actually contain any DHA or EPA at all. Instead it contains ALA, which your body then has to convert to DHA and EPA. Contrary to popular belief, olive oil is a very poor source of EFAs. Good dietary sources of Omega-3 fatty acids are the seeds of hemp/flax/chia, walnuts, Moringa leaf, dandelion greens and green leafy vegetable ...along with lecithin to build up your nerve sheaths and cell membranes. It turns out that cows, chickens and other animals have much higher levels of Omega-3s when they are fed by "free-range" methods because they eat lots of green leafy vegetables. One of the best sources of Omega-3 is Sacha inchi oil. Sacha inchi contains 48% Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (olive or soy oil only contain 8%). Sacha Inchi has more alpha-linolenic acid, a type of Omega-3, than fish oil. Sacha Inchi also contains natural antioxidants like the Alpha Tocopherol and Beta Carotene.

SACHA INCHI OIL—Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) is the superfood of the ancient Incas. This oil from Peru is the most powerful Omega-3 source on the planet. Sacha inchi contains more than 84% essential fatty acids: 48% Omega-3, 35% Omega-6 fatty acids and 9% Omega 9. Sacha Inchi oil has a mild nutty flavor; almost like almonds and is the most easily digestible vegetable oil. We get enough Omega-6 and 9 in our diet already, so it is the Omega-3 that is important. Sacha inchi oil is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, reinforces the immunological system, regulates blood glucose, is antidiabetic and reduces cholesterol, is anticarcinogenic, helps to regulate blood pressure, and clears up eczemas, psoriasis, acne, diabetes. Sacha Inchi seed oil, while lacking in DHA/EPA, is a substantial source of Linolenic acid’s omega-3 and 6.

Oneness can be achieved through euphoric anaesthetization of personal will. This however, is prepersonal enmeshment that undermines the greater truth of the individuals sovereign connection to the cosmos and the original genius and purpose that arises from that unique source. A higher noncodependent form of oneness or resonance can be achieved through the actualization rather than the suppression of individualism. At the egoic level of community individuals are not allowed to shine in their full light lest they trigger the low self-esteem of others or appear as a challenge to the alpha creatures of the pack. We are fast approaching a time in which we will be encouraged to be our Self, rather than merely tolerated. But this expansion of the sense of being human can only come about when we recognize the limitations of usury and start to celebrate the exquisite nature of our humanity itself.

While it is the tryptamines, DMT, PEA, oxytocin, and vasopressin that are the agents of mystic/visionary level navigation, on the level of daily motivation to fulfill basic needs it is dopamine that provides the driving force. Since dopamine is involved in wakefulness, salience, desire, choice, attitude, motivation, planning, strategy and goal setting…I focused primarily on the dopamine system for this work on sovereignty. While all other body chemicals have a part to play in who we are, it is dopamine in particular that is the major chisel in defining the sculpture of the Self. However without regular access to the transcendental chemicals through visionary or shamanic practice or peak experience, we live in spiritual blindness as a cog in the wheel of mundane culture, without significant contribution to the evolution of humanity.
