• Heart Tree Meditation— This is probably the main meditation for building up the spindle cell network. While lying in bed, interlace your fingers and cup your hands at the bottom of the sternum. Drop the tongue into the belly and cease thought by feeling into the heart. Pull your Mind's Eye into the frontal area of the brain and feltsense a branched tree reaching up into the prefrontal cortex and crown; while feeling the roots of the tree in your heart amplified by your interlocked hands. As you do this you are setting up a resonant field from the heart direct to the spindle network, thereby greatly feeding the sovereign self with the nectar of conscious presence. This is a mainline feeding of the higher circuits and the principle means of non-self-abandonment or conscious incarnation. You will encounter your Borg self trying to fight you for attention, but just drop whatever inconsequential thing it tries to bring up and go back always to this primary linkup of the heart, spindle cells and prefrontal lobes (Uraeus or the all seeing eye). Do this meditation daily along with the Light Sword and Uraeus Meditation and Royal Jelly for the fastest route to sovereignty and a deep, grounded sense of wholeness.

Ok, we are getting somewhere.
I have only had 3 tsp/3 days of Royal Jelly and about 3 x 15minute sessions of the Heart Tree Meditation and I am already more rapidly grounding and solidifying into this sovereign creature thing...awesome space and peace.

Oh and the Royal jelly is the most extreme antiwrinkle substance I have found for a night cream, but you need to mix it with a little Vitamin E cream because it forms a strong waxy film on the skin if put on by itself.

The body burns, the heart rages with no cause for passion but the turning of the stars. The great why of it all gets to me. Completely unaffected by the affairs of man as they stand. Giving birth to a streaming reluctant child for no apparent reason. The heart fricken burns like nuclear fire. Perhaps simply because it is June.

I was just undone by the atomic nature of yesterdays heat, after all this time, I think this old body should not be able to flame like that. But, who am I to say. This is the fire of undoing afterall...there is no controlling it. It will incinerate us all.

Tomorrow I will draw up my annual month/moontide calendar so I can get a handle on this baby. Looks like we might be in for a whale of a ride in July...and peak gnosis revelation oct/nov this year...and this is only the beginning of the next 3 years of amplified inferno.

Thats easy, just go raw, become a raw green protoplasm addict, sungaze, tone, nude sunbathe in nature and ask the koan of why you exist. But most of all, we must be prepared at any point to drop everything we know ourselves to be in order to LOVE!

Also take arginine for the Nitric oxide chemistry...I  was taking it as part of the antiborg protocol I am on. It puts even more fire into the heart expansion.

Balance—The principle of bivalence is related to addressing the excluded middle ground, where both left and right brain understanding are brought together in the Heart in order to Grok Reality and provide our most intimate experience of full immersion in the world. The artificial intelligence of the divided self seeks to reduce, compartmentalize, compete, compare, and create false dilemmas, false dichotomies and either-or fallacies. Thus there is no peace, contentment or satiety to be had if we remain in the partial, schismed condition where we get our joy (stimulation) from perversity. One who has claimed their full spiritual power, by following a sovereign path, has moved beyond conditioned reality and its associated aggressive defense structures to claim powers of soul and the transmutation of the body into a higher order…through which full bodied sentience is possible. With the healing of the “interconnecting” fibers of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual neuro-physiognomy a cosmic confidence is born as a result of the increased integral interiority (integrity) generated by the more perfect marriage of mind and matter.

Once proficient at holding the mind’s eye at the tree branches under the cortex, you may be able to do an eyes open Heart Tree Meditation while engaged in upright walking. In this way the alpha and the omega of the sovereignty practices can be joined into one very powerful practice.

Noble Posture—Upright walking is essential to the stabilization of sovereignty in everyday life in order to maintain our noble stature. This is so because the advanced human principle is tied into the wiring of our upright posture and bipedal state. Also the liberation of our breathing in combination with the correct feeding of energy and oxygen to the brain reinforces the full incarnation of Presence. Plus the left/right leg movement enhances binaural communication between the hemispheres and aids whole brain integration. Awakening sovereignty is reliant on the perfect orientation of the head on the spine to allow the full flow of consciousness between brain and body, thus strength, flexibility and position of the spine and posture come into play as the foundations of the sovereign state. That is probably the core sovereignty teaching...simple isn't it?

Serotonin—The upright posture opens the rib cage, allowing a deeper breath and greater massaging of the digestive system with each breath. The increased oxygen supply enhances serotonin, which amplifies the differentiation and integration of consciousness. Alpha animals have more serotonin in their system, and thus are calmer than subordinates. The ability to remain calm and confident under duress permits clearer thought in general and increases the expression of personal power, which raises the social status of the individual. Increased serotonin also improves digestion and provides protection from depression, allowing a more agentic and responsive approach to events. The calmness that serotonin produces allows the neurological stability needed for greater brain differentiation and integration toward a more mature, leadership state.

Core Breathing—With hands on the belly…breathe in through the nose down into the belly. On the out-breath press onto the belly with the hands and clench abdominal muscles.  In this way you tone the abs, improve digestion, oxygenate the brain and energize the bodymind. Core strength is important to sovereignty. Breathing in more oxygen elevates the synthesis of serotonin in the central nervous system, and alkalinizes and detoxifies the blood. Through breath we can overcome deflation, morbidity and retreat to respond positively to life-changes. Through using breath to progressively wake up we can improve life satisfaction by engaging in joyous, unrestrained and enthusiastic planning of future activities.  Applied breath is essential to the life of the visionary.
