Discover new ways to connect with students, model equity and inclusion to reimagine learning through the wisdom of Ted Lasso! This session will provide participants with ready-to-use ideas for their classroom, school site, and community. Being curious, finding inspiration, and self-management and reflection are the key principles found throughout Ted Lasso. We will use our own classroom experience and lessons gleaned from our combined 45 years in education to share innovative ways to model equity and inclusion, empowering students and educational leaders to infuse SEL, team building and inspiring others to curiosity in attendees’ learning spaces.
Ted Lasso opens to a new beginning for an American football coach hired as an English Premier League “football” coach. Nearly unflappable, Ted handles each situation with the expertise and seasoned experience of a great teacher. Sound familiar?
